I will never be coming to this sonic location again. Over the last couple weeks I don't know if there was a staffing change or what, but it typically takes 20+ minutes after placing an order to actually get your food. Today I had to press the red button again after half an hour of waiting for me order to see what was going on with my order. I don't know if they forgot it or gave it to someone else, but almost 45 minutes after originally placing my order I finally got it.

9:32pm 07/03 two workers saw us waiting in line for 30min we patiently waited in drive thru just to be ignored 1 male and 1 female came out to see if we’d leave we asked if they were closed and female got upset ignored us and closed the door we pulled up to the window to just be ignored once again so we decided to leave

They forgot drinks and all of our fries. When I tried to call, they put me on hold for 10 minutes then would not answer when I tried again ? it's too expensive to be forgetting items!
Sonic really let me down. I ordered three drinks, and it took 15 minutes to get them. That's way too long for a fast food place. I tried giving them another chance, but it was even worse the second time. They need to fix things fast or they’ll lose more customers.

Had the worst experience ever here in this location! We ordered two burgers and two corn dogs with onion rings and waited 20+ mins..we pressed the red button again and they hadn’t even started our order yet and said that it’ll be out soon, We waited another 10mins and realized it wasn’t worth it, my bf went to the front to get a refund for our order and spoke with a girl and told her about our order. She said they never took our order! Like why even charge our Card and not even give us our food?! Or even worse, forget about us twice! She finally found our order ticket and said she’d make it for us, but my bf and I were already waiting longer than 45 mins at that point..we got our refund and left. And I’m now aware of all the 1 star reviews at this location. And if we don’t get our refund in a couple days we will be getting in contact with whoever we need to, to get this straightened out! Such terrible management here!

I placed an order on your mobile app, waited 20 minutes, then hit the red button on stall 14. To have one of your employees tell me their system went down, and didn't know where the orders went. And even asked which stall I was calling from. I ordered two five-piece chicken tenders, and only got four pieces in each order. This is such poor service!

A joke of a business, some girl takes my order , what for a long time at the window , some hand sticks out the drive thru window without acknowledging me snatches my card , the same hand without seeing who it is hands my card back( all I see is this hand like the thing on Adams family hands it back) . A few minutes later the hand gives me the product without any human contact. What a joke!
