Came today on Wednesday February 7th at 6:30 pm and this nice gentleman named Geron I hope I spelled his name correctly he has really been on top of orders today and his service today has been the best I’ve seen today and we tried to call to give a survey about him but this sonic has denied our called like three times but please know that Geron has been the best employee to us

Informed them that I had money on one card and was going to finish paying with another. They swiped the gift card but charged the full amount to my card and then kept the gift card, but did not inform me about the full charge on my card. When confronted they seemed confused and just said "oh yea"; intel I had to demand my card back.

I've been to a few Sonic's & I prefer this location. Always fast, friendly & food is always fresh.
Ordered a few drinks and some pretzels and then waited 10 minutes and still hadn't been given our food. I had to hit the call button to let them know. They did bring it out but didn't apologize or even attempt customer service.

I go to get the Oreo and peanut butter shakes. The only thing I don't like is I can't have the biggest size they gotWheelchair accessibility: They have a drive through or you can stay in your car or get out and sit at the tables to order
