Ordered a Sonic Smash Burger and Received a regular cheeseburger. My wife was extremely irritated. As it was her meal. I Tried calling the store back to speak with a manager. I sat on hold for about 10 minutes with no answer. Needless to say if you have an issue good luck getting ahold of that restaurant. They intentionally ignore their phones.
There was a roach in my drink. Called the store to complain, no one ever answers. Called the 1800 number and was supposed to have a manger call me back, and they never did.

I ordered food and didnt notice till i was home which is way up helotes that it was wrong so i called and called and called no answer. Its the next day and im calling again and no answer. I paid for more than what i got. I picked up a double burger meal for my husband and got a single patty burger. And nobody will answer.

Very upset with tonight's experience. Had a coupon for free.kids meal and I was told by management it was not honored? Expiration date is not till December 2025. Very upsetting. Also had a gift card and they can't take a gift card and two forms of payment? Since when? Very dissatisfied with their staff and "rules" at this location.

Beware If you have coupons (especially if they are from the back of the HEB receipts). This location will not accept them while the Sonic down the road (Alamo Ranch Parkway) took them without an issue. I was told it was because the owners at this location will not honor them.

I was really surprised when I ordered Mozzarella sticks and then charged for the marinara separately. My wife and I have gone out of our way to visit this location almost daily for several years, if this is the new norm then that may need to change.

My carhop Ralphael was super helpful and considerate. He made sure to ask if we needed anything else, and the limeades were SPOT ON! I would definently reccomend the tots, and I appreciate the use of fresh fruit.

Ordered a RT 44 Dr Pepper, and this is what I came home with. Tasted it and it was basically watered down and disgusting. So had to throw it out glad I wasted my money.

I ordered a route 44 drink and an ice cream cone and was going to tip. I didn’t realize the ice cream cone would be handed to me without any cover for the bottom of the cone and had seen the drive thru rep sneeze and grab his head 1 minute before he handed me the ice cream cone. Needless to say, won’t be ordering ice cream from this place again if they’re going to serve the cones that way. The guy had the nerve to ask if I wanted a refund smirking, I just let him keep the $7. So yeah, paid $7 for a route 44 drink basically.
