Food is always taken out fast- granted when not all the stalls are filled- but even then all the workers are kind and very sweet about it. They always make sure to fix any corrections if need be and the food is always delicious!! I love the cheap snacks too

Been going to this sonic for years. And honestly the workers are always on it. Never had a bad experience. Respectful. Fast. And most importantly they take pride in what they do. And that’s pretty hard to find now a days.

I waited over an hour for my online order, they claimed they didn’t have it in their system and then found it so said they were gonna make it fresh and then proceeded to take another 30 minutes to bring out 3 items. I would never go back!

Friendly efficient staff. Love the drink menus. Love the deals in the app and the half price drinks between 2-4 p.m. Slush is my fav. Wish Wal-Mart parking lot had access to Sonic for easier access. Cars turning into Walmart from the FM 1560 can be hard to navigate. because it's so busy.

This place has gone downhill. The day service is fine, but the night service is terrible. Never get the sauces in the bag for mozzarella sticks. Ordered chili cheese tots and there wasn’t much chili or cheese to them. The Coke always tastes off now.

Ordered a Sonic Smash Burger and Received a regular cheeseburger. My wife was extremely irritated. As it was her meal. I Tried calling the store back to speak with a manager. I sat on hold for about 10 minutes with no answer. Needless to say if you have an issue good luck getting ahold of that restaurant. They intentionally ignore their phones.
There was a roach in my drink. Called the store to complain, no one ever answers. Called the 1800 number and was supposed to have a manger call me back, and they never did.

I ordered food and didnt notice till i was home which is way up helotes that it was wrong so i called and called and called no answer. Its the next day and im calling again and no answer. I paid for more than what i got. I picked up a double burger meal for my husband and got a single patty burger. And nobody will answer.
