For a fifteen min wait I received a small cup of melted ice cream. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and it came in a small cup with a lid and was almost all the way melted. My husband ordered a tea and it was 90% ice 10% tea. I am only giving two stars because the staff were great considering the long wait and line. Great kids with good attitudes. They did their best. Aside from forgetting about my ice cream and letting it melt. Haha

I was just accosted by the Manager Adam over cheese sauce. I told the drive-through worker my cheese sauce for my pretzel wasn’t it in the bag and he looked… A minute later I have a dirty, mean and aggressive man literally in my car window demanding I give him the bag of food so he can check for himself. He demanded two more times that I give him my bag of food and his hands and clothes were filthy. Then he said if you don’t let me check the bag I’m going to charge you for the sauce. I told him to charge me because I would not let him touch my food. The drive-through worker comes out with the sauce and apologizes to me. I asked the worker to give me that man’s first and last name. He said I only know his name is Adam and then I said, please go ask for his last name because I’m going to complain about this. Adam opens the store door and screams “MY NAME IS ADAM AND YOU CAN CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT!!!!” Then he slammed the restaurant door closed. It was a horrible experience. I called the 866 number to complain and request a refund. I’m still in shock that somebody with a Manager title can behave that way to a customer, let alone a woman. He had no respect and no awareness of boundaries with how close he was to me.

I like the ice cream and the service here but the food is some of the worst food sold. I can’t think of a single positive thing to say about the food. I love coming here for the drinks and the ice cream. Service is always polite and fast.

I purchased a large chocolate milk shake in the drive-thru on Friday, Sep 8th about 2 pm and the bill was $7.03 (which is $6.50 for the shake, then tax). The shake was fine, just not worth $6.50. So, the next time I'm thinking of having a cool shake, I'll think twice (and go somewhere else).

Fast food delivered directly to your car. They have several spots, the order board either doesn't work at all, or only partially works. They need to block these spots off until the boards are repaired.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options except for fries, tots, etc.

Update July 2023 - this location has spiraled down hill since my last review. I can not believe the lack of customer service here. The complaint about today is so lengthy that I'd rather ask that the manager please reach out to me instead. I requested to have an issue resolved at my visit but was told "all managers were busy,"so I left in hopes to resolve it through here.great quick service at 1560 location by the neighborhood walmart
