I went to Sonic and I ordered two Sonic Double Cheeseburger combos and I can’t have salt and my food was disgusting patties were over cooked and cold tater tots cold onions rings burnt and the sprite was carbonated water and for the amount I paid I expected better quality of food I just want a refund I don’t even want food replaced

How did DoorDash order went through drive-through waited for 20 minutes so we kindly said hello the guy comes on there and it was really rude to us. Then we waited 10 more minutes and we were still waiting to make an order so we decided to leave and all the cars behind us started to leave very unprofessional. I think the staff needs to be retrained Have motivation skills people skills incorporate needs to check into this location because they’re making Sonic look bad

Burgers 🍔 was sad 😔 they didn't even put tomatoes on my burgers no marinara sauce for my orders of cheese sticks literally we couldn't even finish the food because the quality was so bad cold and soggy and then the customer service was not good at all need to find new workers for the closing shifts that's when I'm always missing food for am served nasty food and its not fair for us who love sonic 😢

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed a pick up order through DoorDash. Order was never ready. Then they lied to us and told us they close at 10, but when I called, someone answered they said they close at midnight. Young kid had no explanation when I called him out and we never got out food.
