This is the absolute worst sonic I've ever been to in 38 years. Always rude staff. They are always complaining about being understaffed at the window. Orders take 30 minutes.

I got here at 5 o’clock. Press, the stupid bread button. Saw everybody else get their food red button still blinking horrible won’t be back. Worked for 15 straight hours today got an hour for lunch before I have to go back it’s 520 and these guys just wasted my time forget yall!

The experience we just had was overall terrible and disappointing to have to bring sonic food home to the family for lunch.The service was extremely slow, waiting 40 min to pick up an app order; and that’s after they forgot I was even there. Nobody took accountability to fix or respond in timely manner.The food was obviously cold, and just an overall sad meal to bring home. Wasn’t even worth trying to re warm. To make the kids wait so long just to get home and not even feel great about giving it to them.Drink order wasn’t even correct after all that.Tried to call the number to the location and was disconnected and wouldn’t even take calls. Super sad experience and feels like a trip back would be a waste of time. Better service can be found elsewhere.

This is an ok sonic but they do not update their info they do not open at 10 like their info says they open at 11 I sat in the drive thru then moved to a stall for 10 min before a worker decided to get on the intercom to tell me they were not open until 11

Made me wait 35 minutes to tell me they are not serving food. Put up a side or close it down. Why waste people time. You took two other people ordered could have said something prior and not made me wait never coming here again. Worst experience ever.

Now having several experiences at this restaurant as a DoorDash driver, as well as customer, I can say I am consistently disappointed in the speed of the orders.I checked in for my mobile order at 4:58pm, waites twenty minutes before clicking the button at my stall (the on screen update had long since disappeared), waited another 15 minutes before receiving an answer there, before a much shorter wait for my food.Upon asking the worker what was happening, she revealed that she was the only person on staff to run the entire store, even though shortly afterwards another employee walked out asking if I had an order of shakes. I am not convinced she was lying, after all shift changes happen around this time.All of that to say, if you want fast food then do not come here for now, they do not have quick service available

I went to the Leon Springs Sonic on Thursday January 18th at about 4:30 pm. I parked and attempted to order from the kiosk where the tables are. I waited for nearly 15 minutes without a single response from an employee. I then knocked on the door and no response, I then opened the door to say hello and was then met by a woman. I told her that I had been waiting to order and that I had not been acknowledged. She then tells me she is busy with drive-thru orders which I could see was not very busy, nor was there anyone parked to dine in, I was the only one there. She then has the audacity to tell me to get in my vehicle and go through the drive-thru. I told her I would not and that I was only there to order 3 mini blasts for me and my young sons. She then closes the door and locks it. She never took my order. She was terribly unprofessional, rude, and failed to even consider taking my order when she could clearly see I was there with my young boys. This was awful service, you lost a customer Sonic in Leon Springs, I’ll drive into SA next time I want ice cream.

this is by far the worst sonic I've ever seen. I like sonic, but the owner of this location is giving sonic a bad name. If you can't hire enough people to work, then just close down. When you do have one or two people in there half the time they can't make half the stuff on the menu. You obviously don't know how to run a fast food restaurant . Just get out of the business.
