I went here to this location today, and purchased a slush. The Female Manager, that was there at 1pm with all the tattoos was very rude to me being that I'm a paying customer. There wasn't even a disagreement between us for all the attitude she had towards me. She started taking my order and refused to finish it. She even walked away from the window not to take my order. Sonic was even busy at the time and neither was She. I will never return to this location again!!!😒 Shame on her. If you don’t want to work, then why come.....đŸ˜€

I feel like sonic is a very easy place to work. There’s no reason the food should look like garbage. Everything that people used to like about sonic is no longer a part of the franchise. I ordered food today looked at it laughed and went to buy myself something to cook. I grew up with the burger I got and it is just so disappointing.

waited 15 minutes for a cold hamburger and then was rudely told to wait outside to get my money back. Don’t bother using this location. It took another 10 minutes to get my refund!

This post is all about the young woman with the red ribbon in her hair and the black long sleeve shirt—she's incredible! Her customer service is top-notch. I watched her handle me, an elderly woman, and a homeless man one after the other—with genuine kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. She’s got that rare, natural gift for people—something you just can’t teach and don’t see often these days. Whoever’s in charge, give that girl a raise! She’s a gem.

Tonight wasn’t great at Sonic. During the day there is the kindest lady that works here.
Tonight however I came later for dessert and it was packed. They informed me it would be 20 min- I said ok. After 18 min the red light went off. So I hit it again and explained I’d been waiting, and it was no biggy. She came back a few minutes later to take my order. I asked for a slush with ice cream and she said “we don’t do that” and I said “yes, I’ve ordered it here many times and it’s never been an issue” and she said “I’m just telling you we don’t normally do that” ok??? So can you make it or
..
they charged me for it, but she wasn’t too pleased.
Zero reason to be so rude about it. Then she just went off mic.

After being extremely disappointed in other Sonic locations, I thought I would try this one as it is the last one in my area. I pulled up, pressed the button to order, and the woman told me that it would be at least 20 minutes before she could have my food ready. There were 2 other cars in stalls and nobody in the drive-thru. STRIKE 3. SONIC, YOU ARE OUT! You have good food and were once the best option for fast food. Now, you are literally at the bottom. Why? I am 100% certain that it is a problem from the top down. Whoever owns this franchise in San Antonio has let Sonic become the laughing stock of the fast food industry.

Surely, Sonic will respond to my review with a scripted apology and an invitation to call or visit their website where I will be met with more non-human interaction . NO THANKS. Keep your AI customer support and keep your awful service and run down restaurants.

This is the worst Sonic we have been to. Just tried to go there for some slushies and limeades after the graduation. Pulled into the parking lot and saw staff outside at the tables with friends. Pulled up to the drive through thinking they might be killing time. After a few minutes with no answer, drove up to the window. Staff member left her table and friends and came to the window. I asked if the drive through was closed. She said no, they only had one headset and to drive back around and “wait till he gets to us.” We said no thank you and drove away. This is not the first time something like this has happened to us. We gave a few opportunities because the wife likes limeades and we wanted to give staff the benefit of the doubt. Do not recommend.
