I ordered a number 9, fried chicken sandwich, and cheesy tots. And this is what they gave me… I bit into the sandwich and the whole thing fell apart, when I opened it, it was burnt PIECES of what was once a patty. The lettuce was brown, yellow, and mushy. Once I got half way through the tater tots I notice some brown/black stain inside the box and there is nothing that color.. other than the nasty lettuce, but it wasn’t fro the lettuce, it was just a dirty box. I’m not one to leave bad reviews on places, but this was crazy. I rarely eat Sonic and. Ow I know I’ll never go back. Everything went straight into the trash.

Nobody answers at the drive thru so i pulled up just in case it was broken .. i tried to put order at the window an Nobody comes to drive through window ..

Why is a combo meal costing $15.00. this is ridiculous. I have been coming to sonic for about 30+ years. Get a grip on the greed. Mediocre foods at ultra premium pricing. Looking for better value for my dollar. No mas

Haven't been to this location, or any location for that matter, in years. The service has always been OK, but the quality of food has suffered as have many places. With so many options out there, you'd think it would be imperative to capture every guest....you'd think. Ordered online for a simple 4 piece mozz and a chic club toaster with a cherry limeaide....pulled up to window, drink handed off with a "straw is in the bag have a good night". Cool. No napkins, no marinara, nada. Tough gig, I get it but the simple necessities shouldn't have to be asked for.

Went in for 2 slushes. Paid about 8 dollars for 2 medium drinks of nothing but ice. The teenagers working don't care. Horrible.

Just waited 50 minutes in line doing a doordash, was first person to pull up in drive through line and I proceed to see so many people receiving their orders before me when I had been there 30 minutes longer. Got no help at all after tapping on window for Lord knows how long. I saw someone in there make a single soda drink 6 plus times the wrong way. Hoowww many drugs are you on dude

Only have two people working.. when you get there, they seem annoyed that you showed up not very friendly at all. No customer service at all. Too bad I can’t leave zero stars. food was horrible. Fries look like they just reheated them. Pretzels were overcooked and cold somehow.

My family came out for a Sunday dinner. They got the slush order wrong which it clearly stated on our receipt so I offered to just keep the mistake and pay for the correct one the lady with the butterfly tattoos on her arm told me not to worry about it and gave me the correct drink. When I got my bag of food and checked it they gave me tots when I ordered fries. The man on the speaker asked if I wanted tots I told him no I want fries. Then when I told the lady it was wrong she snatched the bag from my husband's hands and threw a huge fight and started yelling at who I assume is a manager he was wearing a black collared shirt. Then threw a card with a lanyard in it at the counter and walked out to service someone at the car spots. Like as if we can't see through the windows. I am very shocked at this service they were not even busy when we went there were maybe 3 cars. Now I know why they aren't busy. Terrible service. Y'all need to reevaluate your employees or re-train them. They definitely need to be retrained on the fryer because my onion rings were so burnt.

Just left this Sonic by my house. This is by far the worse Sonic in town. My pretzels are burnt. Fried pickles are beyond burnt. Hamburger meat is cold. Thank God for the Tatar tots that successfully made it in the bag. Got an extra order for free of tots almost like they knew the food was gross.
