Every single time I come to this Sonic they take 20 minutes or more, no exaggeration, busy or not you wait. They often mess up the order as well.

The lady that was working was very rude didn’t want to help anyone took phone off the thing so no one could call and customer service was very bad well what service was gotten which was no service and was cussing at

It was a disaster. I ordered a hot dog meal with a root beer no ice. The fries were cold as was the hotdog bun. The bun crumbled the catsup oozed on my hands. There were no napkins included. With all that mess on my hands I kept pressing the call button. After four minutes of no reply I went in to get the napkins. When I asked don’t you answer the call button? The manager got directly in my face saying that they were too busy to respond. He was extremely aggressive. All that and the was ice in the drink. I’ll never go back.

First off the guy who took my order at the drive through was rude. This is the first and last time coming to this sonic. My wife and I ordered 2 different burgers hers being the #1, it was soggy and dripping grease or water from the vegetables. I ordered the #5 garlic butter and the bread was soggy with grease. We weren't asked if we wanted fries or tator tots they made the decision for us I guess. They don't screen out the fryers our tots had a lot of black flakes. I should have read the reviews before coming to this location.

This sonic location is always treated me very well. I’ve gotten my food very quickly and it’s always tasted delicious…Also, the manager there Jimmy is such an amazing and incredible guy. Sonic is very lucky to have such a wonderful person managing that store.

My food was cooked very well and properly, also put together nicely. The Gentleman and woman there forgot to give me my drink and when I asked gave me no problems and apologized. Great customer service.
