ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW, TODAY GOT 2 SHAKES NOT FILLED TO THE TOP AND THEY TRIED COVERING IT WITH WHIPPED CREAM. NO CHERRYS. AND ALSO I MENTIONED IT , THE GIRL SAID SHAKES ARE USUALLY GIVEN WITH FLAT TOP COVER ! WHICH WAS A LIE ! THE COME WITH ROUND TOP WITH OPENING. IM NOW JUST GONNA GIVE UP THIS LOCATION ITS EXHAUSTING. It some how takes them 20 minutes to tell me that they dont bring the drinks to you and you have to wait in drive thru. Wait another 10 minutes in line and they dont even have your drinks made. No reason given . Apparently, against corporate policy to have signs telling customers anything

JUST CLOSE THIS SONIC LOCATION. PLEASE. The screens are never working. The slushie machine is never working. Sometimes I have to only pay in cash, probably because the person collecting the money is pocketing it. The staff at this location is always rude or has an attitude like I am bothering them by just being there to order. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

The most inconsistent location I have been too, can't recall a time I've gone where there wasn't an issue with my order or something missing that needed to be refunded. It's better to go to another sonic that's farther away than deal with this headache of a place

Cut us off while ordering and still did not get the order right. Asked for a cup of ice and gave us the smallest cup possible. They need parental assistance. Smh

Took so long for just mozzarella sticks and then we were waiting at the window and no cash out for a good while and no reassurance about our food …. Young lady was kind at least when she did get to the window …
I just went there and tried to place an order at one of the boards and I stood there for over 15 minutes. No one responded to the button.

Didn't even get a chance to try the food, went in with family to get some ice cream. More than half of the screens in the lot weren't working. Don't think this location has had a visit from corporate in a long time because it is way under par looking compared to other stores. I tried ordering food from a car stall and was asked if I was picking up or ordering food, when I said I wanted to place an order I was told I had to order through the app. I was kinda taken back by that and had a kinda long pause in my response and was about to ask if I could simply place order over the intercom and was cutoff mid sentence with a very wired and rude and condescending tone that everything I saw on the menu could be ordered through the app and they then shut the intercom off. I was too mad to even deal with that and left. In my head I could only imagine the face of the person who said that with the way the response was. I sincerely hope that corporate can do some mystery shopping here to get these owners out of this location as they clearly don't care for the upkeep of the store. I would still like a sonic in the area but it's simply not worth spending any money at this location

Came to pick up my mobile order. Was in line for 10 mins 10 maybe 15 waiting. A girl got our order and just disappeared. So I pull around to look in the window after waiting and I randomly see her and a GUY come from the back together, while we've been waiting for food for 15 mins. She then appears and says she just got a 155$ order. Like okay so let's serve who's here and then you work on it. No y'all were probably in the back doing whatever. Serve your customers first. Ridiculous service.
