Larry the manager was very rude and dismissive. He threw our order away due to a mobile app issue & wouldn’t service my children due to his error. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time here yall. These people don’t care about customer service

5 Stars all over!! I was nervous to go to sonic bc the location by my old house was terrible. I just moved and this is the best sonic ever, super friendly staff, quick, fresh food. ? omg I'm coming back again and again. Don't change!

So disappointed that I wanted a Sonic cheeseburger and they got my burger wrong. I relayed to the car hop that my burger wasn't right and he said we will remake it. I told him again what I wanted and he brought me a cheeseburger plan and dry. Again you got my burger wrong and it's worse then the first time. A very unpleasant visit I feel like I just wasted $11

I ordered a breakfast burrito that was supposed to have peppers, meats and everything on it. I had to repeat myself over and over on everything I ordered. They still got my burrito wrong. I didn't notice until I got home. The tortilla was brown and dripping with grease. Sonic is nothing like it used to be. I won't ever be going back to Sonic for food again.

They took my order. It apeared on the screen but I guess they never started it. I sat waiting for a Soda and Sundae for 20 minutes. I get that it takes a while sometimes, but when I asked about an update on my order they said they didn't have an order like mine. I'd avoid this location.

I was very surprised tonight by how good everything was. I stopped going to Sonic awhile ago because I couldn't deal with the constant disappointment( long wait times, cold food, messed up order). But tonight, my wife, my son, and I were all very happy with our meals. Everything was delicious. Everything was timely. Shout out to the crew tonight. Y'all shocked the hell out of me. ✌️ & ?
They have 1.99 footlong coneys and quarter pounders right now definitely worth a stop especially during happy you can't go

Not only was the bun hard and falling apart I took a few bites and bit into something hard, this was stuck to the bottom of the hot dog bun. I called and was told they could replace my food and I decided to get a refund because I’m pregnant and tired and had already waited about 25-30 minutes in drive thru for my food and there was plastic that obviously should not have been in my food. I had to have the sundae I ordered remade because by the time I got my food it was completely melted. Main reason I requested a refund was because I honestly didn’t trust the people that were working at the time. There was plastic in my food so obviously careless and the guy who gave me my food looked high as a kite. The girl said she had to call her manager to approve a refund. There was literally plastic in my food and I had to fight to get a refund. Never again, now I see why this place is dead all the time.
I think this location is absolutely amazing. The food is always super delicious and I got my order in literally only a couple of minutes barely await.. also the manager Jimmy is literally such an awesome guy. Sonic is very lucky to have him as a manager rare to find people as good as he is.

This place is great! The big guy with the dreads hooked me up and helped me with an issue with the app. It was just the phone acting up. Anyways he helped me and I am very satisfied with the excellent service!! 11/10 experience! Would definitely recommend!
