Used app. Ordered a drink and shake. Employee came out and apologized saying the shake machine just broke but I could tell he was lying. 2 hrs til close on a Friday I’m sure he’s just antsy to get out of there but cmon man. Then the drink that I DO get, is wrong.

Ordered through mobile app at 7:10 and it was scheduled to be picked up 7:25. We didn't get our 2 items a caramel sundae and a drink until 7:45. We had 2 other mobile order users serviced before I got mine. I would justify the wait if it was busy but others being serviced when I've been waiting for 20 minutes is just absurd.

I visit this location, at least once a week, all the staff is friendly. I never have issues with the food, but the only thing I would fix is the drinks 😅 My drinks are never filled up all the way, that’s the only thing I would fix other than that. Great location.

Always understaffed, always have to send something back, under or over cooked or cold food... just generally mediocre all around. And Ive given it lots fo chances cause its close to work.

I have been there 3 days in a roll and my cherry limeade slush with nerds is a disappointment.
Flavor is not right. I barely have any nerds.
Not going there again

They leave the stickers on the lemons when they put them in your drink just double check.
