Sonic Drive-In

Ordered online and checked in. Waited 25 mins because this location has always been slow which is fine, everything gets busy. The app showed that I was checked in but the food was not ready. When I finally hit the button to see the status, they told me it was ready 20 minutes ago. The lady who brought out the food said it happend to like 3 people tonight, shrugged, and walked away.

I asked for a refund and they said it goes through the app. There was no offer to remake the food which was given to me cold. Would not recommend this place.

This place is a literal dang health code violation and should be investigated. They do not clean any of their drink dispenser machines and have roaches inside. You ever wonder why your drink your slushy tastes off? Yeah.

They forgot the peppermint and brownie in my peppermint brownie shake, as well as the cherry on top. They remembered to sprinkle peppermint on top, but I dug around in that shake and it was disappointing bare. They sold me a plain vanilla shake at premium price.

Sorry Location Sorry Manager Rudest Manger I see why you never have help your so disrespectful to your customers I can only imagine how you treat your employees this place is a disgrace I waited 35 mins for 3 fountain drinks !!

Employees rude and very argumentive about food that your paying for and about the type of customer service that should be presented!! The store have had power outages with no notice or way to get money back!!!!

Sonic just needs to give up at this point. The chili tastes horrible and the employees don’t know what plain and dry means or the difference between a hot dog and a chili dog. Just stay home open YouTube and learn how to cook yourself a meal. It’s terrible out here

The workers are nice,however the manager is HORRIBLE. Denied a water to a homeless man .i get policies!!! Its sad to believe zonic cant afford 1.40¢ …But some human decency would be nice. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!

Horrible experience! They gave me melted slushies ! I ordered online while parked in the stall and checked in right away . Waited 30 min and had to go to an ordering stall to ask for my order . The girl came out and handed me melted slushies !!! I told her I been on the stall I checked in all along . I was the only car in the store at some points of my wait time so how did they not come out if my order was ready ? I told her I couldn’t accept them all melted especially since I been waiting there all along , she responded that I had to take them because her manager was very special and didn’t let them remake them !? Like what kind of manager is that ? I payed for slushes not sugar water ! Asked to speak with the manager and he agreed on remaking them but a few moments later another girl comes out and hands me the same melted dam slushes !! I waited almost an hr ! I couldn’t give them to my kids cuz god knows what they did to the slushies when they took them inside ! Horrible horrible experience. Very unprofessional of the manager ! Will never come back ! I understand miscommunication happens but to agree to remake them and send back the same melted slushies is such a disrespect.
