i have been to this sonic plenty of times and every single time it’s take 10+minutes to get my 1 corn dog and 1 mozzarella. it’s a hit or miss with how the food is going to turn out. tonight my corn dogs were cold and hard and my mozzarella sticks was like biting a cracker there was no cheesey goodness whatsoever . i am very disappointed once again . my business will not be going there anymore

Wow. What horrible service!! The waitress that came out and ran my card then came back and said it didn't go through so I gave her another card. She came back a said I don't think you don't have enough money!! I was shocked that was even said.. she just started to walk away and and had to yell at her to come back once she did I asked for a manager. Manager came out I told her how insulted I was and asked her to run in again after I showed her I had 1000 times the money in my account. She came back out and said they must be having issues with the credit card system. Good thing is she gave us our food for free bad thing was it was completely wrong when we got home. I will be going down the street to the othe sonic.

Placed an order on the app. Stated it would be ready by 11:06p. Was there promptly at 11:06p! Waited almost 30 minutes for ICE CREAM! And on top of all that, the employees were rude. As if I was the burden?! The attitudes, eyerolls and scoffing are unnecessary. I get teenage attitude but these people need lessons in manners. This is every time Ive ever been to this location (and thats only twice). Never again. Id rather drive to a different location. If I were the owner id definitely want to rethink my staff.

Skip it, find a new place, save your money and time.They will ask you to hold as a large group will all go on break at the same time.They often bump your orders.They will click your order so corporate thinks you recieved the order in a timely manner but your order has not actually been worked.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t get how everything on my order was wrong. Ordered a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and got just a cheeseburger with no garlic or butter in sight, ordered a chicken slinger and got a burnt chicken sandwich with lettuce and no mayo… Might as well have thrown me in there to make it myself at that point.
