Please don’t order DoorDash from here. They are incapable of having the order ready at the pickup time which makes the driver late. It effs with my money having to wait 10-15 minutes before they even acknowledge I’m here

Ordered a shake and like a hot dog and i was there for 30 minutes. I didn't even get my order I was just tired of waiting so long I left, how long should it take? Maybe I should've given them the full hour to reheat food and press a button.

Got the free reward for an ice coffee it was the end of the night and they didn't have coffee so the man with the green challenger hooked us up with free food instead as someone borderline homeless this is what sonic is all about. Thanks man.

I ordered the Chili cheese wrap and the dude taking the order says in a very smart ass tone,”oh you mean the Frito wrap?” Umm yeah it’s the same thing right? The menu says “Chili cheese wrap”. Then I took a few bites and realized that the tortilla was raw when I unwrapped it, not edible so I didn’t finish it. Could you also teach your car hops to not place the bags of food on the window seal? I had my window rolled down and she placed the bag right on top of window seal while I reached out to grab it. I don’t trust that the bag isn’t greasy on the outside from a dirty counter etc and don’t want it on my new car.

Barely any of the stalls had functioning systems, and for some reason they decided to remove the majority of ordering stalls in favor of parking spots for app orders. They covered up the screens of the few remaining with a handwritten note from mgmt. They were somehow out of slushes when we went, and the vanilla shakes we ordered instead tasted terrible and nothing like vanilla (more like a blend of every flavor combined with chemical taste). The manager was running the intercom, was kinda rude, and tried to rush us through our order even though we had to completely rethink what we wanted due to them being out of so many things. The location is very poorly lit and gives off a dangerous vibe at night. I don't know what happened to this location over the past few years, but it has gone downhill and keeps heading that way each time I visit, which is sad bc almost every Sonic location near me has closed over the past few years. If this location keeps getting worse and closes, there will be no locations within 10 miles of my house. Hopefully management can turn things around, or let new mgmt take over to revitalize the place.

Stopped in today 8-25-25 11:45am and ordered my lunch. The lady on the intercom was so professional. It made me call the store and let her know what a great job she did. Come to find out it was the manager. GREAT JOB!!

Stopped in to take advantage of the BOGO Coney dog offer. We arrived and thought we could order on premises, but was told we had to order using the App or Online site. So, Online I go, I press the BOGO button, and walk through the order. At the end, it shows 1 dog ordered... I'm puzzled, but how am I supposed to know there ordering process.

Anyway, we advised the staff member that we ordered the BOGO Coney, and they noted we only ordered 1 hotdog. I walked them through the Online order process I executed and said show me where, after I press the BOGO button, I'm supposed to add another hotdog, and apply a coupon at the end ???

They agreed and luckiky they were empowered to make things right, and brought out another hotdog. Thank you for customer service and empowered employees !

So, for all of those walking through the Sonic BOGO process, just ask for assistance up front, and insist on it.

Anyway, 4 star rating was for the poor Online instructions, but thankfully good food, and employees.

I’m literally sitting here as I’m waiting for my mobile app order, Saturday July 27th at 3:13pm and it’s 3:34pm. It appeared to be one guy doing all the car hopping so I wanted to give some grace, but when everybody arriving after me is getting their drinks, bags of ice and footlongs and I’m waiting for $6.37 worth of food? My patience is lost.

I’m totally over this place. Everything has gone downhill lately. They’ve removed or destroyed half the stalls, so you can’t even see a menu to order. Now they’re pushing everyone to use the app. Well, not everyone has the app — period.

Here’s what happened the other day:
I pulled into a stall that still had a menu, but the screen was completely dead. No way to order. So I moved to the next one — turns out it was pickup only. Fine. I tried to use the app, but it kept glitching and wouldn’t let me submit my order. So I drove to the other side of the building hoping another stall would work — nope, that one was down too.

At that point, I just left. It’s ridiculous. Sonic built its whole brand around the convenience of curbside carhop service, but now they’re making it harder and harder to actually use that service. If you’re going to force everything to go digital, at least make sure the tech works — and give people the option to not use it.

This place is the worst. None of the menu boards work and the service is exceptionally slow even for a car-hop restaurant. If it were possible to give less than one star I would definitely do so.

I stopped at the sonic at 11:30pm which is 30 minutes before closing, I had an order to place of 3 shakes, I tried to place the order and the employee rudely refused to make my order and stayed I could only order fountain drinks, If Sonic is going to refuse to serve people then maybe you should put that in your commercials. I will not be bringing my business here anymore.
