I can't leave enough reviews about Christian. He is always so kind and nothing short of the best. I make it a point to always stop at this location specifically when we decide on a Sonic stop just because of how great he is.

I live right around the corner, so I've been here a few times. Service isn't friendly or accommodating. Something is always missing from the order and the food wasn't very hot.

If you have no patience or easily get angry... please avoid. The crew seems to be very young, rude, and lacks motivation. I ONLY go for slushies, average wait time 15-20 min.

I don’t come very often but when I do it’s usually worth the wait. Tonight, I want to give a shout out to our server Christian who was a breath of fresh air. The world needs more people like him. Thank you for the positive experience, keep doing what you do!

They hardly ever get the order right and it takes 15+ minutes to get your food even when you order ahead in the app. Foods always burnt or undercooked never done right. Servers always have an attitude

Service is usually incredibly slow, 15-20 mins on a Mobile preorder drink only order
If there was another location close, I would not return to this one, but continue to return because of convenience and the hopes that it has to get better!

I am very happy to share this because I’m having a long day, I'm starving, and I'm currently facing financial difficulties. I asked for a cup of water, and Christian generously gave it to me. He also offered me a meal, even though I hadn’t mentioned my hunger. His empathy is a quality that comes from wisdom. Thank you, Christian;

Shannon was so sweet and very accommodating. I had a mobile order and it was brought out within the expected time and she did not miss a sauce in my bag. Hope she is treated well she’s a gem!

Absolute crap service every time I go through, waiting 20 minutes for an online order past the expected time every single time and getting cold food, sassy employees who act way too smug. I'd happily sign a petition to end this restaurant.

I've tried to give this location a shot several times, especially since this is the last Sonic left near me. Every time it's a "software problem and the POS needs a reboot," and this is after waiting a solid 10 minutes to get a response from inside. Today it looked like it was one guy fighting for his life. This will be the last time I try to order anything from Sonic in San Antonio, especially after franchisees seem to have run Huebner, De Zavala, and NW Military locations into the ground, and several other ones around the city are not doing much better. If you want a good Sonic, in my experience it's not happening in this city.

For part of my order I ordered a mini Oreo Blast, they brought out a Medium so I asked the server to correct the order. She brought out a mini but I was still charged for the medium. When I asked if this was the case she said yes and walked off. Way to go Sonic, technically this is stealing.
