Yesterday, I stopped off at Sonic to treat my kids to mini slushees. They were short staffed and really busy. I completely understand what that feels like. I’ve worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry for a short time. But that’s no reason to treat people unkindly.

We went there last night. Placed and paid for our order... later after the entire parking lot was empty, drive through empty, the girl inside taking the orders standing around... we finally had to get out and ask were our food was at ????
Then miraculously they bring it out... it’s obvious our food had been sitting inside already done for who knows how long...
Then to make it worse we sat in our car and watched the kids inside laughing about it...
