We came to this location because we did a spin the wheel activity for my son's birthday and it is the highest rating Sonic in town. And I see why. Great service! Great food. Great atmosphere. Staff is super nice and always asked if we needed anything when he passed by. Gentlemen with glasses. Thank you for a great start to the birthday boy! šŸŽ‰ šŸ‘šŸ½

The actual rudest people I’ve ever interacted with. Genuinely so rude; as someone who works in fast food, it’s appalling and frankly I don’t know how someone hasn’t said something. Didn’t listen to my order, cut us off multiple times, walked away mid sentence. I should have left honestly; I’ve been a regular for a long time as I work across the street and live in the area but I won’t ever be back. So disappointed, definitely letting everyone know about this because it’s just astonishing the lack of care, service, and basic respect.

Placed a pretty straightforward order, I thought. The double bacon cheeseburger they gave me was not that. I was given whatever their cheapest, smallest burger is. Condiments in burger were all wrong. Chicken sandwich was incorrect as well. Lemonade I ordered was just water. About the only thing that was correct was the ocean water drink. It was a $30 order and 2/3 of it was wrong. And I waited 20 minutes for it. Terrible service

Best sonic I’ve ever been to. Food was hot and when I asked for extra cookie dough in my sonic blast I actually got a lot of it without having to ask them 5 times for it.

As I wait for my order I start cleaning up my car. I look up and what do I see? I see a lady peering into my trying to get my attention for over a minute (uncomfortably close). I say not today (because I really can’t) and she goes on for another minute before she realizes she’s not getting money for me and moves on.
I came to have a peaceful pickup and enjoy my meal.
This has happened the last 4-5 times I’ve come to this sonic. I’m close to not coming anymore if the uncomfortably close and privacy invading loitering doesn’t stop.
I love a good charity. But not with these tactics.
Please fix this šŸ™šŸ¼

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru around 3pm. Not even lunch or dinner time.. so avoid if you’re looking for ā€œfastā€ food. They are SLOW and don’t bother communicating anything. If I didn’t have family in town excited to try the sonic shakes, I would’ve left. šŸ’€

They waited so long to take my order at the speaker that the line of us in the drive thru were blocking cars from leaving in the stalls.

They should have taken my order and the orders behind me, and had us wait in the line AFTER ordering at the speaker instead of blocking the stalls. Pay attention to your drive thru line.

Sherrone (apologies if I misspelled the name) was very profesional and affable with my order. Sherrone went above and beyond to find the right sauces for my food and ensure my order was repeated for accuracy.

. . . SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF! . . . NEVER GO HERE WITH THE SO-CALLED "KID" MANAGER!!!

. . . The Sonic hamburger place on Stone Oak, store # 22, I had the worst experience I've EVER had in my life with ANY business! . . . I asked for the manager to come out to my car because my chocolate milkshake cup looked really nasty, dirty. When he came to my car he asked me what my problem was and I showed him the cup without saying anything.

With an already very serious attitude, . . . he said to me "so what's the problem, . . . I don't see anything."

I said . . ."You don't see that nasty dark black mark / smudge on the top of my cup where I'm about to drink?"

Instead of saying, "I'm sorry ma'am, I'll gladly get you another shake", . . . With a really NASTY, scary attitude, he said . . . "That's just chocolate, . . . DUH, . . . that's what we make the milkshake with!"

Realizing that he was very rude and pissed off at me for even complaining, and not seeing my point, I just told him to give me a refund.

He got even more angry with me as he walked away and called me an "A$$H0LE!!!"

When he came back to give me my refund, I asked him his name and told him that I was going to make sure that I call and report him to whoever I can find!

He told me to do whatever the hell you want, again calling me an "A$$H0LE!!!"

Then, walking away, he SLAMMED his hand REALLY HARD on the menu screen that sits right by the side of our!

If you can't even complain to the manager, who in the world can you when you get really piss poor service and then on top of that very scary behavior?
