Sonic’s latest app update is horrible. It has no idea which Sonic location you’re sitting in; and when you try to manually change the location, it’s very resistant. Terrible in its GPS.When I complained to the employee, she laughed and said they get lots and lots of complaints regarding the app. Good on her for a good attitude; bad on Sonic for their app. Bad also on Sonic for pushing the app on customers.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!First off the lady kept insisting they didn’t have a 2 ct chicken tender entree when I was literally looking right at it on the menu!!!! I kept saying it was on there but she insisted they only had a 3 ct. I got frustrated with the back and forth and got the 3 ct. The tenders were literally all breading and maybe a tiny bit of chicken!! It was disgusting!! This is the last time I go to a Sonic!Also the guy who deliver the food didn’t say a word…did ask if I needed condiments etc. he seemed like he definitely didn’t want to be there.

The night manager Z was awesome! After experiencing another employee sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes when I asked for napkins to clean the messing and dripping drink she brought me. Youngsters. Ow days seriously need to learn respect especially when on the job. Thank you Z for coming to check on us and correcting the issue.

Will I wait 1hr, or maybe only 35 minutes?Come here and find out! Find out how it feels to be invisible!Come for the suspense, stay because you're too invested to leave.I saw a table of old people sitting outside and I'm pretty sure they were teens when they ordered their food
I spent over 30 minutes for 1 combo meal. They stated that somebody "held the button down" so they couldn't tell I, and 3 other cars were waiting at the intercom. I had to call by cell phone. When the food came out, the order was wrong. When I finally arrived home, the slushie had a SHARP piece of plastic that came up the straw!! And if it wasn't for the candy making me chew it, I wouldn't have noticed and just swallowed it. I am very shocked and saddened. I love Sonic, but the service here has failed me on many occasions, and this was, no pun intended, the last straw. Seriously scared to go back ?.

I have never actually seen people at a sonic truly hustle before. These people are literally power-walking/running orders out while also taking orders on headsets. There was a little wait for food, but I've waited so much longer at a fully staffed sonic with very few customers. Im pretty sure there are 2-3 people working the whole store on 10/2/2023 at 3:30pm. They are obviously looking for staff, as hiring signs are everywhere, but this sonic gets it.

Worst experience I have had at Sonic. I needed to call for service twice in order to place my order. I had to ring again to inquire about the status. Only ordered a milkshake and a bag of ice. When I got the shake it was half melted. The server did offer to have it remade but at that point I just wanted to leave. I had already wasted over 30 minutes sitting there and was late to return to work from my lunch break. Will not be returning to this location.
Nothing much to say about this place. Good affordable fast food, I love the fact that they still open until late and their burgers are still decent.
