Menu lights out for months!!
Can’t order from drive thru. My wife had to use phone light to order something and I was just so disappointed I could not see it I got food somewhere else.

I literally asked for the number 1.. and that is how I received the burger? are you serious?
this is highly unacceptable. The number 1 consists of
Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, sauce..
so.. where are those items??

If I could give a zero I would.
How do you not check to make sure the dasher picking up the food completes the order. Pure laziness. I’m glad I didn’t get the food. If precautions couldn’t be done properly imagine how the food would taste.

Terrible food, employees only have to serve the 1-2 people that come into this place every hour (for good reason), and can't do that right either. Employees mumbling the entire time and incapable of enunciating their words, impossible to understand. Overall very lousy, and I can see why nobody comes here anymore.

I knew Sonic was going downhill but this place confirmed it. How you gonna have the most miserable sounding person in existence taking orders? Food was awful on top of it all. I’d rather spend another $20 and go some more better.

The usual HAPPY CUSTOMER wont leave a GOOD review when service is good! 99.9% OF THE TIME!
All the reviews have a reason to be posted. But never the good ones im assuming? I'll trust it balances out perfectly fine when it comes to service.

One of the worst sonics in San Antonio I ordered a simple item. No one else in the drive-through and they can’t even get that right I called the manager to let her know and she was rude to me and said sorry I can’t fix that and said she needs to end this call, never go to this sonic ever I gave it one more try and it was horrible

Seriously just not this one. Ordered a double smash burger with all the toppings… no toppings. Asked for condiments… no condiments. Ordered at 6:30, watched 6 cars go enter and exit the drive thru before we got our food at 7:00.
Management is all wrong and incompetent if their times are so high and no idea how to complete orders correctly as they come in by order.
Everything is run down and honestly you can tell no one cares.
