We waited over 30 minutes for drinks and fries, they forgot our order multiple times, and when we got our order the final time it wasn’t even correct. It’s frustrating that they can’t even get a simple order right. I would NOT recommend ever coming here as there were SEVERAL people upset with their incorrect orders. NEVER coming here again.

I had been craving chili cheese fries, stopped after visiting my family cause this was close by and I don't live near a sonic. Was absolutely disappointed when I got home and literally got nasty cheese fries. Tasted old and was gross, but baffled chili was forgotten on chili cheese fries. Waste of time and money. Gonna start going to wienersnitchels

So I purchased two orders of the corn dogs yesterday and mind you it was on the app ...so went to pick up my order and I was very disappointed in the corn dogs being cold and old...never again will I order sonic ...horrible...

Shut it down, this place is terrible. Slush machine is always "broken". Takes 45 minutes for one order; um and oh is about the only intelligent response to asking how much longer. Gave it a try again today, never again. How hard is an order of 4 cheese sticks? After 10 minutes and no one in line decided to leave, good thing I didn't pay.

It's summer and the slush machine has been out for nearly a month, couple with no "heads up" when ordering through the app and, of course, no refund once you arrive and receive the news.

This sonic is TERRIBLE. I was told my order was ready but then I watched aubrianna bring out other orders that are closer to the door. Stop being lazy and run out orders when they’re ready, it’s simple!
