Slow, order was wrong, food was old and stale. Very disappointing. Sonic used to be great. It’s really gone downhill. Suggest anywhere else but here.

I ordered my food from this location through DoorDash and I’m super disappointed. I NEVER have high expectations for fast food for obvious reasons, and they got my fiances drink correct but I paid extra for whipped topping and when I receive my heath blast there was ZERO whipped cream on it, none at all. There was also random mixed in m&ms in my heath topping..only like 4 so I know that it wasn’t there intentionally, also I only had a sprinkle of heath on top and the entire blast under it was just vanilla ice cream..

Stopped by after work. Stalls were pretty full. The person that took my order either seemed to be preoccupied with something or was new. Told me to pick up my order at the window. The window?? Then corrected themselves to say it'll be right out.Wasn't able to pay at the kiosk for some reason but the carhop took the payment.The food was ok. I've gone there before & the food was hot. That day it was just warm. Not a big deal.

Doordash order. Have gotten a medium cookie dough blast from here 2x recently and never again. In both cases, there's this decent amount of cookie dough in the first 1/4-1/3 (at best) and then the rest is just ice cream. Never mixed, which is the whole point of the blast and not enough cookie dough to mix in the whole cup even if it was mixed. Waste of money. If i wanted ice cream I would have saved the money and just ordered ice cream. Only giving 2 stars cause they provided a half decent milkshake, although it was overloaded with whip cream.

I made the mistake of stopping at this sonic without checking reviews first. While I have eaten at many other Sonics in the past this is certainly on the bottom of the list. Service was extremely slow, my food came out cold, and my milkshake had a chemical off taste. I ended up throwing out most of the order and getting something more palatable from in and out up the street. I’d avoid this place until there is a change in management and a complete overhaul of staff.

Never going back. Food was wrong three times and they made it seem like it was our fault for not getting the right order THREE TIMES. Izzy brought the manager with her on the last time she brought our correct order out and asked for the old incorrect orders back which we understand. Then she told us that she was sorry because their fries machine was down. If the machine for fries isn’t working, DON’t accept or take an order that consists of fries. Fries quality has gone down, maybe new management problems but ya’ll need to rethink your approach on how to serve customers. A sorry would be nice sometimes.

All fast food is toxic especially to children. In a recent study using actual samples of sonic burgers as well as their fries and other items on their menue , lead was found. Lead people as well as another toxin that I can't even pronounce. Stop eating fast food it's killing us and poisoning our children. All fast food. If your a parent that feeds your children fast food regularly, you should be ashamed. It's unbelievable, the amount of toxins that have been found in fast food, not to mention the other things that were found. Completely disgusting.

Wanted to take the time to share my experience from a few days ago, as it was New years day (evening after 7pm) we expected everywhere to be busy. And even though we were correct the customer service was OUTSTANDING !!! We felt appreciated, as they expressed there would be a small wait so there would be fresh food. We were given our drinks as we waited, and that couldnt have been more than 5 minutes. I want to Thank this Sonic for their kindness and attention to detail.
