Just ordered a burger for lunch here. It tasted like a burger from a huge family reunion you didn't get invited to. The cook was a middle aged white guy who has never held a spatula, thinking his $1000 BGE would magically spit out culinary masterpieces. It was one of those burgers where now your condiments were your only hope and saving factor, until you realize the dryness has not cursed just the meat, but the bun as well, as it disintegrates in your hand and down your chin. It was a burger full of sadness, regret and broken promises, one where you had to muster the courage to formulate a lie to spare the creator's feelings, in the event he walks up to you and asks "how was it?"
It was a burger questioning your life choices, leaving you thinking you should have eaten the leftover pad thai in the fridge.

Things have gone downhill tremendously for over a week now. The fountain drinks have been consistently flat or have almost no syrup (dr pepper shouldn't look like apple juice). They also keep using regular burger patties on the queso smashers, and it simply doesn't hit the same. For a $10 burger, please do it right. Been coming here every day for years because of proximity to work/home, and I understand the occasional mistakes... but I'm nearing my last straw.

I rarely write reviews. Intercom 9 is a POS and needs its audio fixed or someone needs to fix their headphones. Female staff had to come outside because it was that bad.
Today, Dec 8, at 2:45pm, ordered 2 small shakes with a couple add ons, and a fry. Not that difficult of an order, right? So, they messed up both shakes, and gave no fry. And frantically ran away after giving the order? Makes me think something was tampered with and ended up throwing away everything. What are these kids doing in there? Someone needs to train their staff on better customer service and how to be attentive when taking orders. Two bad experiences, not coming back.

Only giving a 4 because of the EXCEPTIONAL service from the manager An’yae. The day prior my daughter ordered tenders that were given to her uncooked on the inside . Next day An’yae heard our issues , made us feel valued and replaced our bad food with fresh cooked food! She was such a great person and deserves a raise ! Thank you An’yae

Waited 23 minutes for a shake. Nobody else was in the lot or drive thru. Had to hit the red button 3 times for employees to even act like they care, which they obviously didnt. Lack of service. Lack of giving any crap at all. Won't be back. Save yourself anger and waste of time and visit HTeaO and/or Slim Chickens next door instead. You could get a tea, order a meal, eat the meal, and drive home all in the same time it will take to order and receive a shake from Sonic. It will come with better customer service as well. Wish they put a froyo here instead of this waste of space.
This place is full of incompetent people, we ordered a #10 with fries and 1 cherry coke and a Powerade. Not only did did they not give us fries but 2 cherry cokes and then asked for the food back to correct it, and then brought us out the same dinner box and a separate bag of fries with attitude. This is the last damn time we will come back here.

I ordered the double smashburger combo. With unswetet tea and onion rings. They Gave me a regular burger patty with sweet tea and very soggy onion rings. For $13 I definitely expected more. Definitely was not even a smashburger and what I seen advertised and seen other people order it and reviewed it on tiktok. Very disappointed. Not cheesey and very much lacking or even no smash sauce. They definitely just gave me regular Patty's. Save your money and go-to Whataburger or even mcds or a real smashburger place

Over a year the drive thru window doesnt get used and every time ai get a shake, its as thick as concrete and impossible to drink through a straw. If the shake requires a spoon, you might as well also call it a blast. I always ask for a thin shake and never get one
