The drive-through was empty at the window. The carhops stopped 3 times to confirm my order. It took a while to get my order. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the food was served as expected.

Waited 10 or more minute for 2 items (drinks). He brought out one made in a larger size than asked for. I told him I had a meeting and had to get back to work and he left me to go make the smaller size. Why would they not just say, “oh my bad” and hand me that larger one? I left with half my order and am guessing they won’t refund my card. So irritating and was still 2 minutes late for my meeting!

I ordered a footlong coney chili/cheese and I keep getting the same result. I ask to at least cover the hotdog with chili and cheese and the last 4 times it’s been the same thing. I love the customer service but this is getting frustrating feeling like I’m constantly cheated out what I paid for. Maybe I’m asking for too much but I’ll let the picture speak for itself.

My husband and I were sitting in a stall next to another customer in a red truck Nissan Frontier, and saw a manager with dark brown hair, skinny lady yelling at that customer and saw her flick them off and walk away still yelling at them. Shes CRAZY! We will never go there again because we don't know if we will be treated that way. This happened at around 5:30 pm on September 3rd, 2025

This sonic is a joke. My family member just sat waiting for 30 minutes for someone to finally come take the order, then the order is wrong. He talks to the “manager” Zoe and she’s trying to argue and go back and forth with him instead of correcting the mess up and apologizing for the ridiculous wait (it was not busy at this time so there shouldn’t have been a 30 minutes wait).. so this how the “manager” handles their customers? Cool. Food cold, order wrong but you’re gonna argue about it?? This location is horrible.

For the past few visits, we’ve been getting our chocolate Oreo shakes with barely any Oreos in them, even when we specifically ask for extra Oreo pieces and PAY for extra pieces. If this was a one time thing, whatever, stuff happens, but this has been a constant for the past few times we’ve visited.
We aren’t coming to this place anymore because it’s obvious the people working there are not making the shakes correctly, either due to incompetence or laziness. If you value your money, don’t come here either.
