After getting my entire ice order wrong I thought I’d try it again for lunch… my order was still incorrect even after ordering it on the mobile app. I’m missing things I paid extra for in my burger and my fries were cold and stale.

The food was nasty cold and took a hr to get are food last night mind you after waiting a hr and there was not that much people so busy is in excess and we’re thinking the food going to come out fresh wrong the food was super nasty cold and the meat felt like it came out the fridge super cold and the manager on duty last night on New Year’s Eve sucked her name was Anna and car hop Delia were lost and just stupid check number 503009 drive thru 510 tray t1 then the manager has the nerve to still charge me for the drink and fries because she only wanted to refund the burger what a joke do better sonic then fast food people want to get paid more lol that’s why i stop tipping servers sucks at sonic

So annoying, the girl could either not hear or not understand on what I wanted. I repeated myself and she could not get it so I just said forget it and completed order. I get home and wanted a chilli dog like on the picture for that number and instead got no chilli just mustard onion’s ketchup and what seems to be relish. I swear the prices on fast food have gotten high and the service low. Disappointed
Waited over 30 min for a blast, when they brought it out they wanted to give it to me melted.

Just tried to take our order, male employee taking our order seemed new or lost or just stupid. After many "what's?" and long pauses our order was repeated with several mistakes, including no mention of the ingredients I asked removed, one wrong drink, and tots for all when only one order asked for tots. After what felt like 5 mins on the intercom, our order was placed and another order was placed just down from us. A female employee took the order in seconds, no issues. Why didn't she jump in when the idiot taking our order wasted so much time with us?
