Placed an order through the Sonic app. Waited nearly 15 minutes to pull in the drive through lane since one cannot tell when they are delivering by carhops. They had no record of my order. I left with an empty stomach. Had to spend another 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to request a refund. Do not recommend. Will not be back.
We repeated our order 4 times to make sure they got it right. We even corrected it at the window when they read it wrong. The girl told me “that’s what I said.” My daughter’s burger was still wrong. They told us they were waiting on the cheddar peppers so we waited. They left the food in the bag instead of under the warmer so all our other food was cold when we got home including the mozzarella sticks. Will never go back to that location again.
