I learned not to pay till the food arrives. That way if I get sick of waiting I can just leave. The food was ok.The app deals require to you give them too much information paying with the app etc. No matter what they say they can't secure your information plus the probably sell it no matterwhat they say about that either. I've deleted the app and won't be a sonic customer. BTW the foot long hotdog I wouldn't feed to people ...... my mother-in-law how's that.

Apparently counting isn't a required skill to work at Sonic. They shorted us 2 corn dogs and hung up when we tried to call.

Also mustard for your corn dogs costs extra.

This location could use some TLC. Many of their facilities appear poorly maintained and in various states of disrepair. Half of the stalls are missing menus. Wait times have been getting noticeably longer. Been going to this location for a while, and it’s never really been a shining star. But it’s gotten bad enough to make me go out of my way to visit locations.

I have honestly never been SO DISAPPOINTED IN SONIC I received BURNED CHICKEN BITE i sent them back and the manager came out and said im so sorry ill remake them and give you a medium size i said thank you i appreciate that well they came back and gave me the same BURNED ONES NEVER EVEN TRIED TO MAKE NEW ONES EVEN IF THEY GAVE ME THE SAME SIZE BUT THIS WAS RIDICULOUS I SHOULD HAVE JUST THROWN OUT 5 dollars out of my window. Im do disappointed and will never go to that sonic again!!!!

We ordered through the app. Apparently your order cannot exceed $75. What?!?! I had to remove the pickle fries I really wanted and my son had to downgrade his burger in order to order through the app for pickup. Apparently they don't have drink holders, so you need to figure out how to hold multiple bags and drinks. Good luck if you have more than 2 drinks( we had 6!) I guess there is also a sauce limit. NONE of the sauces we ordered were in the bag. The crispy chicken sandwich was so overcooked, it looked burned. It also was so dang saltly, I couldn't even finish it. I ate about half and couldn't choke down anymore. Sonic, do better. Seriously! All around food and service quality have gone way down hill. The only good thing about this place was the nice server who gave us the food. So very disappointing.
