Avoid this place at all costs. Nobody in the parking lot and took at least 10 minutes just to answer the button. Then they got the order completely wrong. Went back to have it fixed and only fixed one item and added hair to the burger. I didnt even know hair was an option, who knew?

Worst meal I’ve ever received from a sonic. Idk that those are but they’re NOT mozerella sticks ? don’t even get me started on my sandwich burnt to a crisp.The lady who took my order also had a terrible attitude. Super disappointing.

It's Sonic, what do you expect? It was Xmas day when I visited the restaurant, it was the ONLY restaurant open in that area, I hadn't any groceries at home, I had no choice but to eat their food.

This is the BEST sonic I have ever been too and I have been going here for 20 years the managers are awesome. Like marya today was just like her GM so helpful and thoughtful and so customer service loving, this is rhe best feeling ever to be treated with so much happiness and care. The GM was super awesome the last two times I visited here. Unlike the GM off of patranco west of 1604 that guy was so rude I asked him to put the num 15 tator totes on the side and he said none or inside, so I left and never going back there again. But this sonic is awesome off of culbera and 1604.

I went to pick up an Uber Eats order. After waiting 15 minutes I pressed the call button to ask about my order. She asked if I ordered ahead & I told her it was an Uber order like I said when I 1st got there. She said let me check & see if we have that order ?‍♀️. 20 minutes to wait for an order that was placed before I got there is ridiculous ?

Great customer service but the drive-in didn't work. We had to go to through the drive thru which was going very quickly so thumbs up. Milkshakes are great.

Waited 35 min after i ordered 1 shake and 1 slush so i i called them just for them to tell me the slush machine was not working. I know machines can mess up but does it really take 35 min for them to let a customer know ?

Hey I know it’s post Covid and by now we have adjusted but I received horrible customer service on 10/3/2023 at 9:30pm. So I pulled up to the drive drive and made an order. They were out of ice cream for milk shakes. So I ordered food and slushes. I asked for two real lime slushes. I made sure I repeated the drink order. The lady gave me my total and went to the window. So I went to the window and saw that they were giving me the lime syrup. So when she came to the window I informed her that I have ordered fresh lime she said they don’t make it. I informed her that I have ordered it many times and add real fruit is on the menu. She then said she can squeeze lime in it. I fortunately don’t like the syrup taste and asked if she can please make me real fruit slush. She said they don’t do that and can’t, those fruit are meant to go in soda. I asked for the manager she said I’m the manager WOW she didn’t care. I said never mind canceled my order and asked for corporate/management number. She said it’s on the receipt and can’t give it out because I didn’t order anything and no receipt was produced. I really don’t do this kind of stuff but thought people should know. I have always loved Sonic for there food and slushes but service from there manager I felt so let down. There are so many restaurants close to this location I hope they change there ways. The manager told me her name was Vivian but who knows.

Terrible place,I ordered 4 hamburgers, and 2 of them had the meat as if it were from the previous day because the meat was hard and the hamburger was cold. We ordered without onion and pickles, and they put them on the burger. My family and I will not return to this sonic, maybe a different but no to this one...BTW orders take forever compared to others sonic.
