This is by far the absolute worst sonic I've ever been to. They can almost never get your order right, either food is missing or food is disgusting from either lack of trying or not giving a crp. I've never gotten fresh fries or tots from this place theyre always over cooked or too salty. We ordered about 80 dollars worth of food tonight and of course they forgot an order of tots, we got absolutely no straws or silverware, everything else was soooo salty my kids couldn't eat any fries or tots because the amount of salt on them probably would have killed them. And ive never had a chilli coney that was super salty and im a salt person but even I couldn't stomach the food. When I tried to contact customer service they obviously didn't want to do anything except offer me a small fry I just told them im good thats not even worth my time nor will I be never ever be ordering from this sonic again. However in their defense all the sonics have turned to garbage, the food and all but this one just happens to be the worst.

Absolute terrible service. I got my order taken at 9:30 for 2 shakes. I get to the window and no one opens it or greets me until 9:50 and we don’t get our shakes until 9:53pm. I understand being short staff but at least open the window and talk to the customer and apologize for the wait.

I wish I would have got the name of the man working at tonight’s shift around 5:30. He came out because he couldn’t hear properly and wanted to get our order correct. Unfortunately that is not the standard and most places would rather get it wrong. Very refreshing to see someone go above and beyond for good service. He deserves a raise.

Do not recommend this sonic to anyone. You can order on the app. Take 15 minutes to get there. And you will still.be waiting at least 20 to 25 minutes. I ordered 2 footlong cheese money's. That's it no drinks no fries. I placed order from home at 341 pm. I got.to Sonic at 350 pm. I parked , checked in and then at 417 pm the menu board said they were bringing it out. At 431 pm I finally got mad and walked up to the door and then the lady was bring it out. They weren't busy. Just slow. And when I said something to the worker. She s
aid that it hasn't been that long of a.wait. I will drive all the way to san antonio before I use this Sonic again. I will be home at the same time. So slow and very rude.

What’s up with your service time? How long do we have to sit for fast food maybe helping your employees would be great they all look over worked and exhausted I’ve been in this line for 30 minutes they must be stressed out inside for wait times to be this long to ever order
