Literally the worst Sonic in the US. I tried to go through the drive through, but no one would take my order, then I went to one of the stalls to order, but no one would answer. I decided to leave, but I saw an employee Soni honked twice, waved at her, and she looked over at me and then just went inside. So I waited longer and nope, no one assisted me. So I went to Whataburger and got shakes for the family from there. Terrible service, would not recommend.

Sonic should change their name to slow or slug. I decided to give Sonic one more chance and I guess all hope is lost. I waited 15 min to place an order that never happened so I just left. The quality from customer service to the food has all gone down hill. Why do we even waste our time?

Refused to answer call light 30 min before they closed. They were busy and basically stopped taking orders. I tried drive thru, wouldn't answer. Went to another stall even still refused to answer. This happened at 930 on tues March 12. Unbelievable. After 15 min finally gave up and left.

Employees possibly could be drug addicts just judging off appearance and work ethic but who knows definitely not worth it don't waste your time here

Idk if I'll come back. I came to get ice cream and relax after work. 45 minutes later, I literally just put my spoon down and they said I needed to leave because I had been here a long time. Like dude am I supposed to scarf the ice cream and leave with brain freeze? Keep in mind there were only 3 cars here at the time. Not even busy.

11-27-23 stopped by for a quick lunch On my way back to Dallas. Punched the button at 11:24 AM and five minutes later, still no response. There are only two other cars here. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m very disappointed. I liked this location until now. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Even when ordering online I waited for well over 20 minutes just for literally 3 drinks and 2 corn dogs and the drinks were all carbonated water and the cherry slush was so syrupy my little nephew couldnt even drink it . I get it short staffed or some people just don't like their jobs however it's still poor customer service and rudeness that makes me drive the extra 9 miles to a different sonic all together . Especially being so remote in the middle of nowhere like this location I guess I would expect way better service.

Insanity Waffles

The quality of this place has been on decline for a long time. Whether it's waiting an hour for your food or they get your order wrong. Now the don't sell large blast and their medium is now the price of a large. I've given this place many chances but I will never be returning here again.

We pulled up to the speaker and waited for 7 minutes no answer, then at the window for another 8 behind another vehicle who was not getting any service either. So we parked at the menu areas waited for another 8 minutes to finally get someone to take our order. I have no idea what was going on inside the restaurant but the experience took nearly 30 minutes to receive our order of tater tots and mozzarella sticks and the tots were barely warm. There was one bright spot, the driver through attendant issued in my opinion a very sincere apology for the long wait. Kudos and thank you to her for that.
