What is wrong with yalls slushes this is the second time(out of two times total) in the last week that I've gone to support yalls stores that I've gotten terrible not flavored enough slushes. These are supposed to be lemon berry slushes, was really looking forward to a good enjoyable slush and this white mystery liquid is what I get?

Went to 2 different sonic locations and both out slush ingredients really. Haven't been here in years and now I remember why. They are always out of something and take forever to place your order and the receive your order. Yeah won't be going back.

I purchased 3 slushes through the app this afternoon for the Valley Hi location store#3630, paid for my order and headed over to pick them up just to arrive and be told the slush machine was broken. They couldn’t refund my money id have to call and request a refund. I thought no big deal I’ll request my refund and go down the road to the next Sonic store #3934 so I Placed my order, sat in the drive though for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me just to be told the slush machine was broken here too. That is Two refunds I have to request now and I’m left wondering is this poor management or poor ownership. How do you have slush machines down during peak days they are needed and 2 different stores so close together. The stores are either not keeping up with these machine maintenance to prevent this from happening or why do you not have better maintenance to get these machines fix and back up and running for business. Moreover, why are we able to purchase something from the app that is not available. Their stores should have better access to remove unavailable items so that we do not have to request refunds after purchases that are not available. All around a disappointment!!!

I waited at drive thur for 20 min no hello I will be with you.. so I leave thinking it's broken push the button at another place waited 5 min nothing..got down waited.. 2 women just stared one said I can get back in line I said no thank you will never go back

This place is a joke. Couldn’t get anyone to take our order. Finally went through the drive through and sat there for a good 10 minutes. The girl kept telling us through the speaker “just one moment “. Then they said they were out of Dt. Dr. Pepper. Worst fast food service experience EVER!

We have gone so many times to order and they never responded in the drive thru or parking and pushing the speaker. There were 5 cars parked with no one in it yet we walked in to see if anybody was working only a young girl and guy in the back no trekking what they were dog after 15 minutes waiting. Please let me manage it or change it big time!!!
This sonic never has absolutely anything. Never had any ice cream, and I've been at least 8 times where if you don't order online they make you sit in the drive thru where there are 10 cars in front of you. I don't know how this sonic can be called a sonic. It should honestly be called McDonald's.

So I call inside to see if they were open they answered and wanted to take my order over the phone I told her I wanted to put my order over the speaker she said ok and never answered me. I go to the window thinking the speaker don't work and the few employees never acknowledge I was there or try to place my order. This is very unacceptable Sonic. U need better employees that actually want to work and not just get paid to do nothing! If I could give less than 1 star I would!!
