Great service. The assistant manager, Melissa, fixed my grilled cheese perfectly. She was very friendly and didn't take long for my order although she was by herself.

Been parked waiting to order for 5 mins now....please wait.....because my son wants Sonic I'm waiting.... This has to be the worst customer service I've ever received.... If you can't afford employees that you can keep happy and make your $ as a business then close and let another company take the spot!

No one answered and two employees sitting in car do what I don't know. Finally one of them comes out of car and takes my order?????? All this for a tea after 20mins.???? Shaddy!!!!
What is wrong with yalls slushes this is the second time(out of two times total) in the last week that I've gone to support yalls stores that I've gotten terrible not flavored enough slushes. These are supposed to be lemon berry slushes, was really looking forward to a good enjoyable slush and this white mystery liquid is what I get?
Went to 2 different sonic locations and both out slush ingredients really. Haven't been here in years and now I remember why. They are always out of something and take forever to place your order and the receive your order. Yeah won't be going back.
I purchased 3 slushes through the app this afternoon for the Valley Hi location store#3630, paid for my order and headed over to pick them up just to arrive and be told the slush machine was broken. They couldn’t refund my money id have to call and request a refund. I thought no big deal I’ll request my refund and go down the road to the next Sonic store #3934 so I Placed my order, sat in the drive though for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me just to be told the slush machine was broken here too. That is Two refunds I have to request now and I’m left wondering is this poor management or poor ownership. How do you have slush machines down during peak days they are needed and 2 different stores so close together. The stores are either not keeping up with these machine maintenance to prevent this from happening or why do you not have better maintenance to get these machines fix and back up and running for business. Moreover, why are we able to purchase something from the app that is not available. Their stores should have better access to remove unavailable items so that we do not have to request refunds after purchases that are not available.
All around a disappointment!!!
