Worst service ever. Ordered online and waiting for two slushees for over 30 min before going through the drive through line and waiting for almost 20 min, just to get to the window and then open it to smell weed

If their machines are even working the service is super slow. Most of the time I skip this place because the machines aren't operating.

The last two times I’ve been here we tried the drive through. On one occasion we were kept waiting for 5 mins and when we called out for service a 2nd time we were told to wait rudely. The 2n time we were kept waiting 10 mins and when we were asked to wait longer we just left. There seems to have been disagreement among the employees at that time.

This location should be closed down none of the employees care for their jobs not even the manager every time I go there there is always a 30 min wait or longer even if there is no other customers food is always wrong when you try to call and report it no one ever answers most of the desserts are never available supposedly they no longer carry banana splits surprise to me employees deliver your food to you and they smell like marijuana so i guess there just there for the money and not for the customer service would be sad to see it go but some major changes would need to be done to fix this location would give it no stars but had to give one in order to write a review

Service and employees were great , I got my food in a timely manner & everything was fresh like I wanted without even asking. Definitely will be returning, 10/10 recommend

Waited by the drive thru window for half an hour hoping someone would attend to me. Looked like there was only one employee there. I and the rest of the customers waiting in line behind me decided to leave. Terrible

Horrible customer service. Rude. Employee working the window said 2 words to me during the entire transaction and didn't make eye contact once. Avoid this place if you're looking for a good experience.

This location is horrible and run down. Nothing on the outside updated. Food is terrible like everything is being fried in old grease. Also of you go and press the button the answer tell you to wait and never come back on. Literally sat there for 10 mins one time no one came back on the box

We started our visit with our 2 toddlers just to get milkshakes and seated ourselves at the outdoor tables. We went to order and were rudely told to "hang on a minute" and waited several minutes. We were told they don't have chocolate covered strawberry milkshakes, despite being on every display screen and they don't have mini size for another item that said they did on the menu. Between ordering our items we were rudely told to "Wait a second". We waited about 15 minutes for milkshakes. Mine was supposed to be strawberry, but was 1/3 whipped cream, the rest vanilla soft serve, and the bottom of the cup had some strawberry remnants, like they ran out after pouring some strawberries in and said f it. My husband's milkshake was nearly all liquid, and my daughter's was majority soft serve as well. They must also be in a napkin shortage as we did not receive any and neither did any car that received their orders while we were there. The "staff" didn't seem bothered by anything and acted like punk-butt kids. Will not ever be back here again despite being 3 minutes from our house.
Broken stalls every 2 or 3 stalls, food takes 30 minutes to get to you it's undercooked (sonics standard is 3 minutes source I used to work for sonic), over greasy, they don't mix in the blasts they kinda just toss it on there, they're missing simple stuff like cups?? WTH is going on up there? Also consistent small hairs are found in the food (seriously are you just shaving into the food or something??). I've given this place like 5 chances but it seems like it's in a horrid state of disrepair.

Waited with a car full of hungry kids for over 30min. When I got the order it was wrong. They corrected it and I went home. I made the mistake of assuming the 3 burgers in the package were the ones I ordered but when I got home they were completely wrong. Hire more employees you greedy corporation.

Got all my food in bad condition. Old food , bread hard like a rock. Sausage testing like it was for last year. Man I regret spending my money here. I mean if something is expired just throw it away please don’t try to sell to people.
