super annoying having to wait over 8 minutes for just a bag of ice. went through the drive through at 10pm and waited so long just bc the young employees kept laughing and goofing off. wasn’t until i gave them a look that they realized i was waiting. don’t know if the bald man was the manager but he was in the mix laughing as well.

First time stopping at this Sonic. Ordered a Coney Dog Combo, got my order and left. Got back to work to find that the hot dog was not cooked properly, it was raw and not much chili and cheese. As I stated, my first visit to this location and won't be back.

So I ordered a med. m&m blast what I got was a cup of ice cream with m&m's on top. Last time I checked and when I used to work for sonic the blasts were supposed to be blended, not a giant sundae. I would have just gone to Dairy Queen had I known I was going to get this lackluster blast. I tried to call the store, instead I was sent to an automated system asking for an access code. If at all possible moving forward I would just appreciate proper training on making a blast, not need for a replacement

Waited 15 minutes for them to answer the box. It seems everytime I come here it's like a hassle for them work they don't want your service. It's happened several times. I'm done coming here.

worker on drive thru at 5:50pm on 10/15/24 was so rude. As soon as we pulled up she had an attitude. My drink also didn't have enough cream it just tasted like a regular drink,, I don't live around here but this sonic is by far the worst one I've ever been to.

First sonic in San Antonio to not have the large drinks for .99 cents before 10 A.M. I'll stick with the sonic's I know that have the special.

Just ordered 3 pretzels and they were very delicious and fresh! Drive thru worker was super friendly and they did not take long.

Need better customer service. I waited for an hour for two Route 44 drinks. Completely unacceptable service especially when people arrived after I did and received their orders before I did. I ended up going through the drive through to let them know I never received my order (ordered and checked in through the app like many times before).

Stopped here for a quick breakfast meal. Breakfast bacon toaster meal with no cheese. I waited for the toaster for a bit which is normal at most sonics I stop in for breakfast. I received my sandwich and as I am about to drive off, I notice they did not give me tater tots. I wave someone down and inform them. Have to wait again since they had to be made fresh. I get to work and open the sandwich and see 3 little pieces of bacon. I've been to other sonics and have always had a reasonable amount of bacon. The initial wait to get the food ready, I understand, but to skimp out on a food item and not even know that the meal comes with a side when your screen should show it shows that this place needs some work.
