Why do I have to wait 15 mins and still not have anyone take my order. The red light even stops flashing and still no service. Times where I order, then after I pay they let me know they are out of something. I love Sonic but this location is trash, I hate it's the only one I live close by. Fix it cause I love the food.

Hello Sonic in Valley Hi! To the owner/manager of this store. There is an employee there by the name of Amber. I'd like to acknowledge.Last night 4/19/2024 Friday around 8pm. My husband and I were leaving Lackland Airforce Base. My husband was having a low blood sugar episode. His bllod sugar had dropped into the low 50's.We went by and she said the system was down and couldn't take an order for payment.I explained what was happening and she brought out a sweet drink to help. She not only saw my husband was in despair. But his service dog was wanting to help. We had 2 yellow labs with us. She asked if she could bring them out a treat? I said yes.I would ❤️ to let you know AMBER is an AWESOME EMPLOYEE! She went above and beyond her job last night. We want to thank her. The Ramirez's

I like Sonic so this hurts. I've been to this location multiple between 8pm and 9pm. But not once have I been able to get food. It seems they have a "System Crash" every evening and can't take any orders.I'd really like to know what's going on or who owns this location so something can be done about this.

Gave me wrong order the girl handed me the wrong order. Arguing with me I told her that was not my door dash order.Long wait time to get the right order.Then customer says she was suppose to get a grape slushie.We ask the lady at Sonic she said no drink bad service too long of a wait time.

I ordered 3 burgers. It took 20 min to receive my online order. When I opened my burger it had brown lettuce. When I called no one answered. I also requested a drink holder and they just handed me my 3 drinks. I'm very disappointed in the service and even more in the food.

Do not bother stopping here if you're in a rush to get your food. It took over 20 minutes for them to even answer after I pushed the red button to order absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service especially when I was 1 of 4 cars total.And after I finally get my food and drive off I realize that they couldn't even get one of my two items that I ordered write the app also decided to double charged me so I will be having to contact my bank

22 minutes.. I waited 22 minutes after pushing the button to order and never got my order taken. There were 3 other cars in the parking lot that left right after me. How this place is profitable I'll never know. For all my military people, avoid this place like the plague if you value your time.
