Sadly I've been disatisfied one too many times recently to ignore. The Chicken tender meal I recived had one too many strips but it wasnt fresh. Not returning at all.

My son and I had to stop for a quick bite. Our meals were good and obviously freshly made. Many locations have gotten so lazy, getting wilted lettuce. But this location was prompt and friendly so thank you very much and keep up the good work. Customers remember the good service and food.

They can't get an order right. Three of last 4 times there something missing and the one time something not missing order was just wrong. Each time I try to correct the person I'm dealing with is a box of rocks. To be clear nothing ordered was a deviation from the actual menu item.

I ordered a regular American hot dog. I got a chili dog. Well, okay.. I'll try something new. Never again. it was honestly terrible. and the lady taking my order was extremely rude. One star.

This location (Overlook Parkway, San Antonio) needs attention to both customer service and payment systems. My carhop seemed openly unhappy to be there, and that attitude affected the entire interaction. Guests want to feel welcome and confident in their order; instead, I left questioning the care being taken with the experience.

There was also a payment problem. Apple Pay didn’t work at the stall, and I was told they needed to take my phone inside to run it. That’s not acceptable from a security/privacy standpoint. I paid with my card, but the request and the way it was delivered (“just give me your phone”) weren’t professional.

Suggestions for management:

* Refresh training on courteous service and clear communication.
* Fix Apple Pay/credit card hardware so payments work at the stall.
* If there’s a workaround, explain it politely and offer alternatives (tap, chip, or paying at a window) without asking for a customer’s phone.

I hope this helps improve the experience, because the location is convenient and could be great with a few changes.

Super slow on getting your food and drinks, if your parked at a stall you will be waiting for a while before you're answered to order, and the drive through is at least 15-20min wait

This is an AMAZING Sonic! Fun, clean playground and staff that seems to actually enjoy being there! So friendly and my order was right. This isn't close to my home, but we will make the drive again!

I have stopped at this store location twice and BOTH times the staff got my order wrong! First time, I ordered a double junior burger and they brought me and charged me for the full size burger. Second time, I asked for a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake without whipped cream and a cherry. When they brought me the shake, I could see cherry juice and whipped cream smeared on the lid. I could taste the whipped cream that they had blended into my shake, plus there was no peanut butter!

This location is just ok. I've always loved sonic shakes. However, the shakes from this location bothers my stomach. And they don't always makes the slushies well. Teenage cooks.

Very happy with this location. Decided to try here after the Stone Oak Prkwy location got my order wrong 5 times in a row (it's a slushy with 2 add ins, all 5 times it was being given the wrong slushy flavor or not including the add ins).

The service was fast, the person delivering my order was very friendly, and they got it right on the first time. Overall very pleased with my experience.
