Sonic Drive-In

First time I eat there and last time they see me there!-The American fast food par excellence. Food to totally avoid! I think it's even worse than McDonald's. The milkshake, horribly American: the whipped cream is not whipped cream. The milk is condensed cream... All pasty and way too high in calories!
The service is fast, however.

I was having an extraordinarily hard day and the young black server, I didn’t see his name tag, was SO kind. It made my day. He needs a promotion. There is also a lady who literally runs to get orders out when it’s busy, she needs a promotion too. I don’t know how but this location has hired the best workers I’ve ever seen!

I just wanna throw this out there for anybody who used to eat exclusively at this particular fast food place across town like at Thousand Oaks and Henderson pass area. You should know that none of them are the quality this one is and it's because of where it's located, and it is 1 of the newer facilities in town. The food is better, the people are nicer and the place is cleaner. I'm just throwing that out there for those of you who are looking to find one of these fast food places that will at least provide you with food that isn't contaminated.

Normally my expectations for sonic are low and my server forgot a drink but my wife didn’t want to wait for it so we didn’t say anything as we were pulling away he flagged us down with drink and was very apologetic I wish I had gotten his name because he did a good job

Poor management. Combos have always included drink and fries. Pictures of combos even show drink and fries. Supervisor today said combos only included drink and charged extra for fries. Will dispute credit card change and avoid this business.

This location is extremely slow. The wait just isn’t worth it anymore. I had to get out of line today because it was about 15 of just waiting. This occurs on more occasions than not.

I waited at the drive through speaker for almost 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I said hello, honked and nothing. Pretty piss poor customer service.

Tried ordering an ice cream dish took over 20 minutes for me to receive it. I walked in there and asked politely when I did I heard the customers and the manager cussing and badmouthing other customers and were very unprofessional and very rude to me and I ended up just driving away without my ice cream because it wasn’t worth it after going inside and asking twice. Horrible horrible service.
