took over an hour to just get to the window ...i am diabetic & needed to eat something ...when i got to the window i told that i had been waiting over an hour & she didnt care or offer to say sorry or anything ..she just shrugged her head & didnt even care that i needed to eat something ...i couldnt wait to eat & go somewere else ..i was already shaking & feeling horribly sick & was so hungry ..i ordered 2 things thats it ...then when i got to the window she gave me the wrong...read full review
took over 30 minutes to get my order even after ordering what the app in advance and then they got the order wrong

Sonic Drive-In offers good service, with orders delivered in a timely fashion and tasting freshly prepared. The new eclipse shake/slush is a highlight, and the service is excellent. However, some issues arise with the Sonic Turtle Truffle Nut Blast, which lacks sufficient toppings and has a misleading "blast" claim. Some of the order screens aren't working, and the menu board needs new bulbs, making the parking lot dark at times. Despite these flaws, the staff are good, and the food quality is fair. The drive-in is a popular place where customers can drive up to order from their vehicle or sit outside at tables and chairs. An upgrade to the equipment and lighting would be a great improvement to enhance the overall experience.
