This Sonic location is awful. They got my order completely wrong. The burger was nasty, ordered onion rings, and they gave me 3 cheese sticks, wrong drink and the Sonic blast was nothing but vanilla ice scream with a sprinkle of toppings on top. There was only 1 other car ordering so it's not like they were busy...probably a reason for that since it was a bad experience and I will not be returning!

We waited in line without any response at the drive thru for half an hour. We couldn't leave because there were cars in front and behind us. Someone finally took out order and we eventually made it to the front of the line where they bring your food and take the payment. After 15 minutes they brought us the order for the car behind us. The server apologized and then left. After another 10 minutes waiting we decided to leave since we never paid. We missed the movie we were going to after grabbing a quick bite. Terrible service, no food, and a complete waste of time. I would never go back to this location.

Terrible Service. My sister & I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, waiting for 2 sodas. About 15 minutes in the person bringing out the drinks take my credit card. After waiting 15 more minutes, the employee comes back and says she lost my credit card and to call the store back in an hour to see if they found it. UNACCEPTABLE. We parked and got out ourselves & looked for the card after she disappeared when we said no. We found the credit card in the grass outside. This is NOT acceptable service & not how a business should be run. The first option offered is to let them look for it in an hour and call back? When the employee lost my card after taking it? Unacceptable.

If I could I would give this establishment zero stars. This location is a disgrace to all sonics. If you removed this location along with all the idiots that run it you would probably have increased the global IQ! Nobody that works there has an ounce of common sense. You could order a water (not free) and they would find away to mess it up while taking at least 30 minutes to give it to you. I ordered a cherry slushee, an iced ocean water and tater tots. After waiting YEARS I received a warm strawberry milkshake and a half melted ocean water slushee alongside a cup with ice to pour my melted drink in because these idiots are too lazy to literally squirt syrup in a sprite. And on top of that I did not receive tater tots rather I got an ICED COLD pretzel twist that was truly inedible. This place is a disgrace!
the best sonic ive went to in san antonio without a doubt. they get the food right and caleb was super nice. i went basically at closing time but he was nothing but nice!

Horrible service. I'm never coming here again. The manager said he could not give me my military discount because it was so busy. He even had the never to scream at me! Taylor, the girl who brought me the food, was so rude. I can't believe that on the 4th of July they won't give me my military discount. Of all days !!!!!!
