I got a #2 smash burger, a cherry limeade and an oreo blast. The burger was great. Limeade was pretty good. The blast was... less than good. Kind of tasted like the ice cream had gone sour or something.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. My boyfriend and I just left here, we went to the drive thru and sat at the speaker for at least 3 minutes with nothing. He then says hello? Still no response. We pull around to the window after sitting there a couple more minutes after he said hello. The second window had in chalk something along the lines of no tap to pay/Apple Pay along with a message saying they don’t use the drive thru windows?? We pulled past the drive thru windows to be behind a car that was parked there and a worker came and gave the people in the car ahead of us their food after they paid. We then pulled up and waited for someone for another maybe 5 minutes after the car ahead of us left. If the drive thru is closed, put cones up…it’s not that difficult. And if cones are not put up, at least have someone answering at the speaker giving some sort of direction so people aren’t waiting in the drive through for forever. We pulled off and ended up going to Andy’s.

Pulled up to the drive thru. No one greeted for 10 minutes at the speaker. Pull up to the front sign says they do drive thru different now to pull forward. Sat behind 2 cars for about 10 more minutes. Pull forward after car in front left and no one came out for another 10 minutes.
I left. Horrible service. What’s the point of a quick drive through if you won’t even use it.

First, I'm just going to say this location is always slow and takes forever, even through the drive-thru, to get your order! Second, I saw that they have this promotion where it says, “Half-price single patty cheeseburgers on Tuesdays from 5 PM to close.” I went today and tried ordering it, and the guy helping me had an attitude and said, “Yeah, that’s only an online promotion, so you have to order online.” NOWHERE ON THE SIGN DOES IT SAY THAT!! If that’s the case, take down the DAMN SIGN or change it!!!

Literally the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Got our order completely wrong after we waited 30 minutes. The guy that ran the food out cursed after we said it was wrong and we had to go inside to ask for a spoon bc we were about to give up on the order being wrong and then he said I don’t even know what your talking about. Never coming here again. All of this for some milkshakes and fries.

Worst customer service. Store was not busy girl who took my order through the drive thru was acting like i was bothering her for even placing an order. So the sonic app was not working. The bogo offer being offered is only available through the app. Was informed by the Manager the Sonic does not own the app. Still went through with my order

We ate lunch at Plucker's and then we wanted to get dessert.So we drove to the Sonic at The Rim in San Antonio TX it wa 5:40 pm. We ordered a Turtle truffle blast and a Strawberry Cheesecake shake.Kevin said their machine wasn't working. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!

This store turns away orders because the sonic app isn't working for this location and this location only. When employees are informed, they tell customers to go somewhere else.
While I commend this store for giving employment opportunities to the highly autistic and mentally challenged, I can't help but think it may be inadvertently causing some operational and customer service issues.

Ordered large tater tots, paid $5 for this
The food here is pretty decent. The service here is HORRIBLE. I came here a few days ago and I received horrible service by a car hopper by the name of Diana. She came up to my vehicle and did not say a word to me. No “hello” or “hi how are you” came out of her mouth.
I was parked in the military assigned parking that they have here and I showed her my military card and debit. She only took my debit card inside and she did not provide my military discount as I assumed she would. She came back giving me a receipt with no discount and she still she was quiet and did not say one word to me during this whole interaction.
Would you call this customer service???
I asked to speak with a manager by the name of Ben. All he did was take her side and beat around the bush with me the whole time. Making it seem like I’m the problem. I was in disbelief by his behavior as well. All I asked was for some common courtesy and respect about a situation that was minor and could have been easily corrected by the manager that he failed to provide.
I proudly serve this country and you guys literally have signs out there specifically to offer us a discount. If y’all have a problem with providing discounts, then take all of y’all signs down and stop providing the discount. SIMPLE.
If want to work in the customer service industry, then act accordingly and ACTUALLY PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE RIGHT WAY! Do not get jobs that require you to work in customer service if your not cut out to do it. I’m very disappointed in the service offered here and I was once a loyal customer at this Sonic. I will no longer be eating here due to this horrific service offered by the car hopper Diana and the unwilling behavior of the manager Ben to rectify or correct his employee when she was in the wrong.
If you want decent food, eat here. But If you want decent food & EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, etc, then I suggest you DO NOT come to this Sonic!! I hope they will learn from this situation.
