We frequent this sonic as it is close to home. Today we waited five minutes at the drive through ordering. There was no response. This has happened several times here. Overall this location has been a let down.

The lady on the drive thru speaker was rude and incompetent to take our order. The nice gentleman bringing out the food kept getting screwed by his manager, not his fault. Out of this, out of that, maybe warn us before we pay for the food.

One of the more dependable Sonics. They have a good consistency on how the shakes and slushes and food are made. Nothing worse than ordering a shake and it's like water or barely any Oreos in it, etc. This always gets it right. 👏🏼

The attitude from the employees is horrible. Especially the carhop that will not even speak to you at all, and the order takers. Definitely need to consider getting more friendly staff.

A pretty solid Sonic location, great ice cream, well priced food, really fast service Definitely recommend using the app for half price drinks, Tuesday's are half price cheeseburgers after a certain time, which is an amazing deal

Cannot get an order right, cannot give correct change back. If you are craving sonic drive a mile down potranco to the other location, they'll treat you much better.

Worst sonic I have ever been to and will not go again. Consistently an attitude from the teenage workers. My wife went through tonight and ordered a double cheeseburger that came with only one piece of cheese, two patties, and a hockey puck bun. This is the 3rd time we have gone through the drive thru and not impressed with the quality at all. I have no clue how this place is even still open. I am not a picket eater by any means but this place is trash.
I swear everyone that works here is on the spectrum. Better question is who the hell hired them. Geezus smh the service is trash.

Normally the food and the service is good. Today I ordered jalapeno peppers with honey mustard. I didn't get honey mustard and the toys were obviously old. Have them to my dog's they have them back. I guess they wanted honey mustard too. Maybe I'll see if they want to post.
I ordered a cheese burger with everything and a southwest crunch queso wrap. Simple enough!
I thought they misheard and gave me queso fries instead, no biggie....but nope...once I got home and opened my burger I realized they fudged up and gave me someone else's order.
Disappointing and highly dissatisfied, it was two items, it wasn't busy and the screen showed my order correctly so there's no excuse for it.
To top it off the last time I tried to order at this location the girl kept putting in the wrong burger multiple times so I just left.
Hire people who actually want to earn their paychecks. Thank you.
