I used to come here every other week…. took about 10 minutes then when i arrived home to eat the food i noticed it was hard to chew on the inside of the sandwich as it was not cooked fully and there was multiple hairs found in the lettuce and sandwich it’s self Apparently they haven’t been using gloves and hairnets disgusting (update after i confronted them they gave me my money back but were very picky about giving me a refund when i was told i would just have to bring a receipt not the item which is in the trash back to the store DO NOT EAT HERE i came here for the past 2 years and to be treated like this when i have a issue wow…) big thumbs down to the management at this location maybe tell your employees to be responsible for their actions i understand no one wants to own up to it but come on….

Customer before us walked in earlier assuming the review below me that was just posted he came in asking for his money back she asked “whats the issue with the order” he told them 3 times that hair was found and he already threw out the food he called before he got there they didn’t want to refund him but gave him the 10 back after a bit of arguing once i noticed what was going on i checked my food found little black hairs just as he described in my food i’m pissed I will not be returning here if they can’t keep basic health standards

First off, it took forever to get my food! I was the only person in line and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. I get home and the order is all messed up. Absolutely ridiculous!

01/17/2025 4:45pm Please get a new staff. I hadn't been there in the last year. I decided to give it another try. I pulled up she said I'll be right with you. I ordered a burger at the drive thru and other things. I told her I wanted a burger with only chili and cheese. She asked me two more times. After I paid she (blondish brunette with tint) didn't give me a receipt. When I got home my burger was loaded with mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, barley no chili. I called back and told her what happened and my total was over $16 and I left not long ago. She had me call out my whole order again. She then asked can I remake it. I said I was already home but please train what only chili and cheese on a burger means. Sad it takes over 10 minutes and they still mess up your order

Absolutely disgusting place. Filthiest Sonic I've ever seen. No picture can capture the sticky floors and unwelcoming store. Trash, just like the people working there.

The new management team that has taken over has made this place the best sonic in the city. They may take some time to make the food, but other locations are longer. I appreciate the time it takes because the food is fresh and made well. I appreciate the manager Stephen who has been kind and helpful. Not just to customers like myself but I’ve seen him training staff behind the counter with patience and professionalism. Keep it up!

I have been to this place about four times over a couple of years and it has only been decent twice. Everything is always cold and it takes so painfully long to get your order. I really don’t understand how it takes so long for fast food and it still be cold.
