Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order of some shakes for the 50% off deal. Took forever and they messed up three of my orders and I only realized once I got home. Also none of the shakes were labeled and I got several.
I normally would not leave a review for a fast food restaurant but this Sonic is an exception. I work down the street so I am in the area often. I am usually not a fan of Sonic except for an occasional half price drink or ice cream cone. On atleast 6 occasions over the last year I have stopped by on my way home or to work and EVERY single time my food was hot, fresh and made to order. From the burger to the chili cheese tator tots. The staff has always been super pleasurable...
The new management team that has taken over has made this place the best sonic in the city. They may take some time to make the food, but other locations are longer. I appreciate the time it takes because the food is fresh and made well. I appreciate the manager Stephen who has been kind and helpful. Not just to customers like myself but I’ve seen him training staff behind the counter with patience and professionalism. Keep it up!
