No need candy or cherries in my ordered. I won't be back to this location. Now I know why they didn't give me a receipt. Coca cola your way. What a lie I won't be back to this location.

First off I love sonic. Been my go.to since I was a kid. Boy does this location need some new management. Burger was old and dry. Bun was soggy and wet like it's been sitting all day, the tots were chewy and old. Got a sonic blast it was fine.

I only been here 3 times and all 3 times no one has took my order almost like they don’t want to work. The parking lot is always empty.

Just went thru drive thru about 30 minutes ago. The guy taking the order over the intercom sounds high. I ordered two cherry limeades with extra cherries. Basically I got flavored ice water with ZERO cherries. While we were in line there was a homeless guy having an episode on the ground in the parking area and somehow staff didn’t see him. I told the young lady to inform the manager. This is both a safety and health issue. Except for the young lady taking orders out, doesn’t seem like anyone cares.

Worst sonic ever! Ordered slushes they gave me nothing but liquid when told them I didn't want them employee walked off not even letting me explain the problem. They are very rude. I do not recommend anyone at all and to top it off after we went to a different sonic on SE Military and found it they had overcharged us which is just crazy this spot deserves zero stars. If y'all need a sonic I recommend the one on SE Military they have great customer service.

I ordered a small sonic blast with cookie dough and was so displeased. I felt like getting my money back but I didn’t want to be petty about it plus there was a line after me. Anyways, I was bummed out because it wasn’t even mixed well. It was just clumped together. I’ll come back for the food but never ever for the ice cream.

Andrea wanted to charge me for cheese when i ordered 3 pretzels online. The app says you get a cheese with it. She said “Its a new thing” if it’s new it should be on the app. She was very rude about it. Its unfortunate that when we take a trip, we expect something quick and easy to eat at an establishment we know is good. The worst part is it effects no one but the business which she is bringing down tremendously, as a manager her duty is to fulfill customers and workers needs. Not sit on a high horse about cheese. The problem isnt paying, more so paying EXTRA for sauces that come with the order. Or maybe the problem was Andrea.

I dont understand how my food came to 12.48 when it’s 10.99. This man said they charge to grill the onions Whataburger would never and I got grapeaid type of drink how is that a extra 2.50 and it’s not even itemized on the receipt what all they are charging you for….again who charges extra to grill onions…there too much competition on this block for y’all to be slacking like that’s. If I was hungry I would have ask for a refund because the price made absolutely no sense and I feel like I was charged extra. At least the food was good or it definitely would have been a issue
