Went to Sonic (Store #3630) 351 Valley Hi Drive in San Antonio on Sunday, 7 May, 4:46 PM. We only wanted a couple of Sonic Blasts. We ordered one Oreo (easy Oreo) and one snickers. Both came with literally nothing but vanilla ice cream and a hint of snickers and Oreos. It was ridiculous. When we arrived home to discover our sad sonic blasts, we tried to call the store at 210-678-0166…no answer after five attempts!!!! Then called Sonic Customer Service, gave details and were told the store would contact us…no contact. I then called the Area Director Sheri Kelley at 220-550-7334 and left a message explaining what happened, in hopes she would respond…no response. Sonic has been great for us, this really changed our minds. Friends have complained about Sonic and we defended Sonic, no more!!! Do not spend good money at Sonic. Customer Service does nothing. Told us, anything done is up to the store that created the issue. We are done!!!

Terrible service, Half the stalls are broken, found a open one and was still broken waited almost an hour. Manager didnt want to take our order due to us facing backwards. When I am unable to speak from surgery. Still wouldn’t take our order unless she had her way just overall terrible manager but employee should be promoted or given raise.

Most of times we get wonderful service from Amariss, who knows our order from the app and gives us what we ask, even though the app neglects to give us what we request. I've comment many times and understand the app is a third party service which says something. Think you need to get something else to provide the service.Thank You, Amariss for your Amazing Service. Hate to see you go when the time comes, but understand life goes. ...

First thing you are met with is 75% of the kiosks broken and the front entrance sign ran over. Then we waited for over 30 minutes for a 2 burgers. And then when we received our burgers the cheese was rancid. It looked like it had been sitting out for a few weeks. Now just waiting until tonight to find out I have food poisoning. Fingers crossed I do not.

I went here today and ordered online and bought sauced jumbo popcorn chicken, root 44 and a small sundae. The girl with pink nails was very polite when sundar was she got us extra napkins. She forgot fork, straw, and a spoon though but she was very kind about the whole transaction. When to eat my chicken I nothice PINK in the middle. I’m very nausea now because I ate half of the serving before realizing. I hope to get some compensation for this.

Only 2 employees working this morning and they were definitely trying their best to get the orders out! Kept a smile on their face and kept trying to apologize on the food and why it took so long but we understood and was very pleased with our food and service.

Not sure who the manager is in this place, but it is horrible. Tried to come back a second time just to see if the first experience was a fluke. Will not be coming back a third time.

Placed an online order. Unfortunately my food was cold and tater tots were very overcooked. This was the replacement food that they gave to us because they forgot 2 items on my online order, otherwise that we had no issues with customer service or pickup..smooth transaction. ☹️

We were coming just for drinks and she was VERY RUDE FROM THE START I JUST DIDNT EVEN ORDER she acted like we owe her over the intercom so NO THANK YOU! I will stick to my location in Lytle...JUST BECAUSE ITS A WESTSIDE LOCATION you don't have to act ghetto.

I ordered with the app and the burger was a mess of mustard so I had to eat it without the top bread piece. I also ordered nuggets and they tasted like extremely old oil. I couldn't finish them by how bad they were. How are they in business?

Just had to get a nearly $70 doordash order refunded because nobody at the restaurant was being served for so long that Doordash determined it unlikely to ever be served, despite the fact it's 4PM and there are visibly employees inside. Not the first time this has happened to me at this location but will most certainly be the last. Absolutely pathetic management of a business.

I ordered threw the app as I was sitting in the stall I ordered a number 2 and 2 for $5 Frito burritos and drink everything but the fries were old and stale I called the store no answer but a answering machine

I made an order through the app 10 minutes later I get there and they come out and tell me their fryers are down so they cant make the fried foods that i got. I ask for a refund on the fried foods but just get me the rest they ended up throwing away my whole order saying I cancelled it Hate this Sonic

Ordered through the app while at the restaurant to receive discount. Ordered 3 ice creams and that was and that was all. I waited 20 minutes, asked for the status was told they would bring it out when it was ready. Ten minutes later my daughter went to the door and asked if it was ready. They did not respond and went back inside. My husband went to the door to ask and they came out cussing at him and gave a 30 seconds to leave the property saying we were being rude and they were refusing to service and that we should understand they were short handed. Asked for refund and were told they would not return the money because it was through the app.. We were there for over 45 minutes because we had already paid and were forced to leave without anything. There were 6 employees in the restaurant but only two were seen until we asked them status. Only 2 cars were there.
