Employee with face piercings and black stripped hoodie took our credit card along with the customer behind us. Charged us the other customers order and GAVE THEM OUR CARD! When our order comes up, we ask for our card and the same employee plays dumb and claims another employee was handling OUR card, which was completely false. The burgers were cold and they put too much mustard an mayo
Was in the drive through line 🚗 for over 20 min. ⌛️ The gentleman in front of me was probably there longer 👨🏼🦳because he gave up and took off!! 🚙 💨 Then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my food out for it to be luke warm by the time I got home. 🥴 And I live less than a mile away!! 🤦🏻♀️ low on staff or not your service should still be exceptional‼️and the food up to a dam good par!! ✅. This was Just terrible.
