I went there for a drink and a pretzel and you can't even get the drink right? Which means you screwed up the guy's order in front of me because you gave me his diet soda and you ruined my order by not giving me the right soda how do y'all manage to get food together? You can't even get a drink right. This is like the fourth time this has happened to me. I will start driving an extra 4 mi just to go to a different Sonic from now on....

We ordered on the app and got our order super fast. However, despite paying for extra cherry flavoring, our cherry limeades /barely/ tasted like cherry. We’ve been having this problem often lately, which is why we have started ordering with extra - to try to get back to the original taste that the cherry limeades used to have but even with the extra charge we got two pink colored sprites. I don’t know if this is a company issue trying to save costs by changing recipes or a training/quality control issue but I suppose like most things we get nostalgic for…there is no going back.

Placed my slushie order and 3 minutes it was ready. Easy Peasy.
They do not carry supplies, are always out. They dont mix the shakes at all, they dont follow instructions, give you the wrong spaces, take way too long.
