If negative stars were possible I would give the -10! The place should literally be shut down there were homeless people like sleeping in the little Drive-In things where you take your order and they weren't even letting you put your order in there, you had to use the actual drive-thru. It looks super run down I actually didn't even think it was open and the staff really don't care I will not be back there ever

There is only have drive thru. All the salls look like they have been riped out,and I did a mobile order I still had to wait almost 30 minutes then when I got my food it was wrong and cold. The sonic on military and rosavellet really suxs. They are always rude and always get your order wrong,or missing stuff,you have to ck your food before you drive off.

I just went through the stall after previously placing my order and it took nearly 20 minutes to receive my order still I asked for a drink carrier and for no whip cream on my shake and they didn’t do either also my cherry was missing but had the cherry juice I also had to remind them for my sprite this isn’t the first time I had a bad experience with this particular server the blizzard I got in the past was nearly 8 dollars and there was only like 3 pieces of candy in it when I confronted her about it she had an attitude and said she made it herself and didn’t fix it it’s extremely disappointing to pay these high prices and not even get quality food or service

Absolutely terrible experience at this Sonic on Roosevelt. I placed my order and waited an unreasonably long time without any updates. When I pressed the red button to check on my order, I was ignored while other cars that arrived after me were helped first. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way as a customer. As I’m writing this, I’m STILL waiting—no food, no explanation.
Waited 10-15 min to receive what appeared and tasted like bad milk or some sort of expired ingredient in a milkshake. Disgusting and concerning.

Cold fries. Barely any drink in this giant cup of mostly ICE. And they didn't have change in hand. And asked if shorting me was 'okay'. Do not go here. They didn't even have ice cream.

50 min just for a small cookie dough blast and a large slush we ordered online. Then had to ask 3 times what was ordered like get it together. Then comes back to say we have no ice cream then has ice cream. 🤦

First of all, they never answer the telephone. Second, Specials are advertised on TV and When you go to order it, they say that it’s not on special 🤷🏻♀️. I have tried this place twice, and each time it’s a disappointment.

had a very disappointing experience at this location. Even though the place was practically empty, it took 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally asked about it, they admitted they had mistakenly marked my food as delivered. All I got was an apology and a refund. While I appreciate the apology, it felt like they didn’t care to go above and beyond to fix their mistake or make up for the inconvenience. How do you make such an error when it’s not even busy? The service here is incredibly slow and unorganized.
