Absolutely terrible experience at this Sonic on Roosevelt. I placed my order and waited an unreasonably long time without any updates. When I pressed the red button to check on my order, I was ignored while other cars that arrived after me were helped first. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way as a customer. As I’m writing this, I’m STILL waiting—no food, no explanation.
Waited 10-15 min to receive what appeared and tasted like bad milk or some sort of expired ingredient in a milkshake. Disgusting and concerning.

Cold fries. Barely any drink in this giant cup of mostly ICE. And they didn't have change in hand. And asked if shorting me was 'okay'. Do not go here. They didn't even have ice cream.

50 min just for a small cookie dough blast and a large slush we ordered online. Then had to ask 3 times what was ordered like get it together. Then comes back to say we have no ice cream then has ice cream. 🤦

First of all, they never answer the telephone. Second, Specials are advertised on TV and When you go to order it, they say that it’s not on special 🤷🏻♀️. I have tried this place twice, and each time it’s a disappointment.

had a very disappointing experience at this location. Even though the place was practically empty, it took 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally asked about it, they admitted they had mistakenly marked my food as delivered. All I got was an apology and a refund. While I appreciate the apology, it felt like they didn’t care to go above and beyond to fix their mistake or make up for the inconvenience. How do you make such an error when it’s not even busy? The service here is incredibly slow and unorganized.

Get new employees the current workers look burned out and tired of dealing with customers. it's sad how everyone in the world deals with the same bullshit. But fast food workers do the worst job..
I bought 3 burgers 2 different kinds. We get home. And the buns smelled like fish! Even though they don't sell fish anything there. I contacted web service. They promised freebie. Didn't get squat. This location nasty becareful.
