“Very delicious food! I had the fall off the bone oxtails! I meannnn. Delicious. I would call ahead to make sure they have them the day you’re going to get them. I also had the greens and the yams. Everything was literally the BEST! Don’t forget to try the pineapple lemonade. And shout out to Mr. J and his wife. They were so kind and welcoming. The spot had a home vibe with great music and lights. It was chill and not too loud. I’m adding this to my faves.“

If you can't find it with maps, it's inside of gas station.This is in response to the owner. I did call because google maps doesn't tell you your looking for a food truck. And if the lady that told me that you all were operating at the to go location had told me all you had was wings. I would've chosen a different restaurant.“

“So a friend of mine sent me a tik tok of someone getting food from here the other day. I have not had any real soul food in a while so i had to go check it out. I got there a little after they opened. They don't typically have a two meat plate but i told the waitress i wanted to try two different things so she got me a fried chicken plate and then a pork chop separate. The pork chop was good but it could have used some gravy my fault for not asking for it but i think it world be better if it was a smothered pork chop but that's just my opinion.

Now let's talk about this fried chicken. It was some of the crispiest fried chicken i have ever had!! The breading had flavor without it being over-breaded. It had a real crunch to it. And it was fresh!!! Seriously so good!!! I am glad i don't live on this side of town or i would get fried chicken from them every day. The sides were good i had mac and cheese and it was an actual baked mac and cheese that had good flavor. The mash potatoes were good a little over whipped but still had good flavor with the gravy.

I got a plate for my friend she got the same except she got fried okra which she loved she said it was great because the okra was fresh. She also got green beans which i tried. They were simple but good. Just like my mom makes with some bacon grease in it. The cornbread was a bit dense so it wasn't light and fluffy... but it had a ton of flavor so i was good with that. So to whoever said it was dry...is crazy.

We both are raving about the chicken though we are both about to be in a food coma... lol

Overall we got a great amount of food for a very reasonable price. (I did not remember to take a picture of my friends plate but it was stuffed to the gills)

If you like good fried chicken or just good food in general...check this place out even though i don't live on this side of town i will go back for some more fried chicken 😋🍗“

“Hello, this post has been a long time coming and I can finally give kudos to this lovely dining experience and delicious food! My work team had our year end lunch here for about 17 people including two kiddos and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate even in a mom/pop size restaurant. We felt like one big family hanging out eating some great food (***** stew, oxtail, catfish and bomb sides). You can bring your own drink too (and act appropriately of course?). My company has also catered food with Momma Luvs and the food is just as great as dining in! Please come by and get your plate(s) and I’m sure you’ll be back because my coworkers and I have surely been returning customers!! Big up!“

“Walking into the restaurant gave me the vibes of home, loved it. Super clean inside and friendly staff. As my family and I sat down we were given little bowls of soup for appetizers and it was so delicious. It was cold and raining today so that soup really hit the spot. We ordered and got our food pretty quick. Food was absolutely delicious as well! My favorite was the chicken that came with my green spaghetti. You can tell it’s fresh. I’ll be going here from now on! The price was also pretty affordable! Highly recommend this restaurant“
