The gelato was very good and there were some unique flavors that were very good, like the strawberry lavender that I had. Will need to come back soon to try a panini.

We didn't try their panini but the ice cream is so creamy and tasty. Highly recommend it if you are in the area.

I enjoy the very generous portions. Ricotta and blackberry was smooth, creamy, and mild. It didn’t overpower. I was able to mix two flavors together. The environment is exactly what I would expect in Southtown. It’s small and independent.

One of the few Gelato stores left in San Antonio. It's a true dedication to offer authentic Gelato by the owner who travelled to Italy and study the art & took courses on how to best serve proper Gelato. What's best, is to offer SA with great homemade onsite Gelato daily, plus the best Panini. Rumors say they be opening a second location. Hope they do well. Good luck & all the best!

Best gelato I've had in America. They have it at the right temperature! It's not like a rock, as it is in almost every place I go. Flavors are deep and rich and well chosen to provide a good set of choices.

Between the plethora of flavors available and the perfect ambiance to have a sweet treat with your friends and family, the gelato speaks for itself!

Flavors of Italy in San Antonio. An ice cream made by hand and with a lot of passion.Unfortunately, we only tasted three flavours: Dark Chocolate, Pistachio and Blueberry Cheesecake... truly one better than the other!Who would have thought that in this corner of Texas we would find ice cream of the highest quality...Even the sandwich with tomato, rocket and mozzarella fully satisfied our tastes.Thank you Josh for the great experience.

Don’t let some of the hourly employees deter you from checking this place out. The shop is fantastic with even better products within. I think it beats out all other on pure gelato…so currently our favorite. Must go!

Seems like a nice place with ample indoor space and different varieties of paninis and a decent variety of gelato… but the one that I tried did not taste like gelato at all. It was very grainy, watered down flavor, and had a weird aftertaste (I wasn’t able to figure out what odd aftertaste it had). My spouse had the same experience. The person servicing the establishment was amicable and the seating area looked clean.

The paninis and gelato are good but the girls move like molasses. 2 paninis took 30 minutes to make when we were the only customers in the place at the time. We were going to eat there but the wait was so long we had to take them to go.

I loved the gelato. I had two scoops - Turtle cheesecake and Il Goloso (mascarpone, chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel). Yum! Yum! Yum! I also had a panini. It took a long time to make and it was okay. I’d go back for the gelato but skip the panini.

Love this gem in Southtown! The gelato and sorbets are made fresh daily and the flavors are always rotating so you never know what's in store until you visit. I really enjoy that element of surprise and it encourages me to try new flavors! You can sample the gelato but you can only get up to 3 samples! There is a kids, small, and large cup size. They don't advertise the kids size but they do offer it and it's cheaper than a small. The portions are huge! The small felt like a large, so if you are ready to devour a large amount of gelato this is the place for you!

This place is so delicious. I live in Stone Oak area and I love making the trip down here, not just for the delicious gelato but for the eclectic ambiance.

Great spot for dessert. I went just for the ice cream. They have plenty of options. I got the child's cup. It was plenty for me. The ice cream was creamy. It hit the spot. Staff was nice. She let me taste test before buying. They have inside seating. Parking is on site, but shared. Parking can be difficult since this is a popular spot
