Southern Freeze Daiquiri

I recently visited southern freeze and had an amazing experience! The variety of daiquiris they offer is impressive, and each one is deliciously refreshing. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax with friends. The staff was friendly and attentive, I can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

I sincerely miss this place. I’m active duty military and when I had to move, I was sad! I really wish there was a way I could have a half gallon shipped! My kids loved the kid-friendly daiquiris too.

Love this place sooooo much!! The service is amazing, drinks to die for and the best prices. Their Mudslide is my favorite but you should also try their drink of the month. Military discount and rewards too!

Seriously love it here! Everyone is always so friendly and personable. And the drinks are great! Can't beat not having to get out of the car either. I don't get to come often but it's always a nice treat for myself when I do.

I have been stopping by for about 3 years now and I love how kind they are here. There is a rewards program and their drinks hit hard, just like you need them to! Great drinks for a party of 1 or 20!

Upon approaching the drive thru, it took 10 min for someone to even take my order. I saw people inside and even made eye contact a few times but I continued to be ignored. Finally someone took my order, and she kept asking if that's all every time I ordered anything. I'll tell you when I'm done ordered. After she submitted my order I proceeded to wait for my drinks, but she didn't give me any straws. I politely asked for straws and napkins and she threw them at me and rolled her eyes saying "you are so high maintenance". Never in my life have I dealt with service like this. I threw away my drinks because she probably spit in them too.

They are never open during the business hours that are posted. This is my second time coming during their posted business hours and they have been closed. I went today Tuesday at 530 and they are closed, the hours say they are supposed to close at 7

Update to owners response: Thank you for the great suggestion. That would be a great idea for you to sit there and wait upon me to arrive so that you can explain the situation personally or next time leave a note on your window like most establishments for future references. Lastly your sarcastic response as a owner was unprofessional.
