Excellent scene for quality italian food. I should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. There was fast and courteous service. This place has an awesome atmosphere. I can see why they have so many good reviews.

I just wish that Spaghetti Warehouse (meatballs.com) would make it clear on their official website that these locations are permanently or temporary closed until further notice. ALL Texas Spaghetti Warehouse's are closed. My family and I had to find out the hard way. Drove over 6 hours to the San Antonio location and the place was a ghost town. It appeared to have been closed for sometime now. Sign on door says "Closed till further notice". I tried calling but operator says that number is no longer in service. So I went to the official website to get contact info for the SANTONIO location but was not listed. Just Ohio and New York. However Gmaps has some recent positive reviews of the SAntonio location (2days ago when I looked), so I figured it must be open. Nope. Like I said, a ghost town with tumble weeds in the parking lot from the over growth of grass between the cracks of the concrete. I regret not taking a picture to post.

italian food, yeah, super yummy. The staff was very kind and attentive. This place has a cool atmosphere. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.

They have a recording saying when the hours are and they aren't even in business anymore waste of time and gas

Had a wait (1 hr), which is expected at a NICE place to eat. They have plenty to do for the kids and adults while you wait (billiards and arcade games). You can even have an adult beverage while you wait as well. The staff was extremely friendly. Their knowledge of the food was on point and her suggestions were great. Appetizers and main course was delicious. House salads are really fresh. I had a party of 9 and our bill came to $160.00 with tip and that is because of all the EXTRAS ( double meat on main course, double appetizers, extra salads) we ordered. Over all the experience was phoenomenal!

As I reflect on the best places to eat In Houston, The Spaghetti Warehouse is definitely top 5. The food was amazing and incredible every time. I even caught a ghost on camera! I can’t find photos of the chair I sat in at the restaurant however it was on the second floor. I can see a man, can you?

Food was good but the service was terribly slow. No one was in any kind of a hurry to do anything. It was 930pm so place was not busy and it was just two of us. After appetizers we just got our food to go, due to the progress of the staff. Really disappointing for such a beautiful restaurant with good food.

Went a couple days ago with a friend after work for a lasagna promo/special . Food was fine but our server was super spaced out then hard to find. Person I was with put in an order for appetizers that never got sent to kitchen or charged. I'd understand more if the place was packed but we were 1 of maybe 4 tables occupied.

Delicious food. Great ambiance! Customer service was decent, better than most. If you've never been try the Turin Trio. Mix of their specialties, for under 20$

Great place to eat when we are in the area. Customer service is also great. Great Italian food at a great price. Bronche is one of the best employees at this location. Can't wait till I'm back in the area again.

So, as always, the food was great, BUT we did have ONE not so good experience this time around. There was a nail sticking thru my chair and I actually ripped my dress slacks. We let the waitress know, and she did take the chair off the dining room floor, but no one came to talk to us/check on us. Not that I was going to yell or demand money for my pants, it still would have been nice to at least have been asked.

On the positive, the food was excellent. The problem we had was in getting a table. We had a reservation, arrived early and didn’t get seated for 30 minutes after our reservation. We ultimately sat for at least 45 minutes and kept having to ask how much longer. Once we finally got seated, we sat for another 5 minutes before a manager happened to walk by and said our server would be right with us. Another five minutes passed. No drinks, no server, nothing. Finally we had to hunt down the manager and relay our frustration. We had another engagement to be at, hence the reservation and were now really pressed on time. We had to order along with our drink order just so we could get food in time to eat and quickly leave. The girls at the front desk were unbelievably apathetic and lazy, there was no communication within the restaurant between employees and we just had a stressful and angering experience. We are really easy people to please and rarely complain when we go out. This was just ridiculous though. There’s a good chance we won’t be back based on this experience. There are too many other good eats with superior service in S.A.

It's gotten better since I was last there a few years ago. The food is good. But the service can be better. Every time I've gone one of the plates is not out. And the rest of the family is done by the time that last plate comes out. Also refilling your drinks can take a while. margarita specials b4 7pm.

Went for lunch on a Monday. Server was very good. The food was good with nice proportions and good value. However, the carpet was filthy and we were among the first to walk on it that day. First chair i sat it was wobly to the point of breaking. Table has some moisture on it, which could not be identified. Wont be back as it just felt dirty.
