Please don’t come to this restaurant. They have the worst service, worst food. They didn’t bring the complete order and when we asked for it, it took them 20 mins to bring one freaking naan! There was no manager available, there is no one in the restaurant who takes the responsibility. If there was something below than 1 star, I would happily given to them.

The store was dirty , collage students were working here . They didn’t serve my table at all ,I had to wait 10 minutes just for them to take my order. The food was amazing but not worth the price amazing. They charged us for water we didn’t ask for. The employees don’t care at all.

Very enjoyable Indian cuisine spot a little way off the river walk; I'd certainly recommend making the trip if you're in the neighborhood. Budget-friendly for sure. Not a huge bar, but they have the basics for sure, try Saag Masala if you like spinach, very very good!

Ordered the Vindaloo Curry (chicken) and was EXTREMELY impressed. The flavor, spice, and portion were all top notch. Highly recommend the garlic naan as well!

The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who were happy to guide me through the menu and make recommendations. The portion sizes were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied.

I use to love the food from that place, but now is dirty and even that is cheap, the amount of food that we got for $36 was less than 6 pieces of McNuggets, besides that my wife and I got sick, probably because we think we got the leftovers from the day before. We will never go again and is a shame because we use to love it.

The experience I had at Spice Grill and Bar was unfortunately disappointing. While I had high hopes based on the restaurant's reputation the overall dining experience fell short.First of all the service was slow and inattentive. Despite being one of the few customers in the restaurant the waitstaff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. It took an excessively long time to get our drinks and when we finally placed our food order it took even longer for the dishes to arrive at our table. When the food did arrive it was mediocre at best. The flavors were bland and lacked the aromatic spices that the restaurant's name would suggest. I ordered a curry dish hoping for a rich and flavorful curry sauce but instead I was met with a watery and under-seasoned sauce that left much to be desired. The portion sizes were also disappointingly small especially considering the prices. The ambiance of the restaurant was lackluster as well. The interior decor felt outdated and worn out which didn't help to enhance the dining experience. The lighting was dim and the overall atmosphere felt dull and uninspiring. For the prices charged at Spice Grill and Bar I expected a much higher level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately that was not the case. Overall I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

So for people knowledge who order bhature chana here . Its not the one we get generally in indian restaurants with everything in one plate chatni , salad, curd and chana. They give chana in bowl and one bhatura. U can ask onions for separate but its not the one you might be thinking. Daal was not so good. But staff was very nice for sure . Garlic naan and chana was tasty.

we are regular customers, we love food here which is greatHowever, we feel like people working there are not happy to see us. We usually order to pick up and some guys at front try to ignore us, as we checked out, they threw a pen rolling on the table to us to sign which is very rudeOverall, we love the food but uncomfortable to see waiters there ( they dont greet us as customers

The food here was pretty good, The atmosphere is mediocre at best. The ac is not running and they served us warm water in plastic bottles. We ate the mixed veg pakoras which are delicious, the tikka masala with shrimp which was good but felt skimped on the shrimp, the chicken Manchurian which was ok, and the bullet naan which was good but too many peppers, go for the garlic naan. Over all we probably won’t be back especially with no ac and serving warm water. The staff kinda ignores you too, we sat for like 10 minutes waiting to get the check and another 10 for them to pick it up even though we were clearly ready to go and they weren’t busy at all.

A decent location and atmosphere. Foods were way too spicy. I like spicy food but the dishes we ordered with medium heat were too spicy that we barely ate. You might want to consider no heat or mild heat. The yogurt and spice sauce was runny and had an off taste.

Short walk from The Alamo. The restaurant offers what you would expect on a basic Indian restaurant in the United States. Plenty of entrees on the menu. The restaurant was almost cavernous with a very high ceiling, but it wasn't uninviting. Food arrived reasonably quickly and was hearty.
