One of the worst experiences at a restaurant in a while. I don't want to get into all the reasons, maybe they had an off night, but we will not be going back any time soon.

Located inside on a hotel. Was seated quickly and was attended to well by our server. Though I must apologize profusely to the staff as I entered this place literally 15 mins before closing and chose to dine in. I should have been more aware of the time before making my decision, yet I was still treated as if they had just opened. Mad respect for that, and again, I'm so sorry! Kept the order fast. Sweet tea and a burger and fries. The skinny fries were cool. The burger was ok. However, that bacon was preemo. Atmosphere was nice. Nothing crazy. Shout out to that staff for the treatment and respect. 8/10 will eat again and next time a little earlier into the shift. 😁

Citrus teriyaki Chicken wings are amazing! Excellent food and prices! This bar is tucked away in the holiday inn with inside and outdoor seating. Really great place for happy hour and get togethers!

I love this hotel! I recommend this hotel to everyone. The restaurant food is fantastic. Chief Clarence G cooked my steak and eggs exactly how I wanted it. The hotel is very welcoming and professional. Its clean and the beds are very cozy.

Very nice hotel staff. Was clean, one thing I'd say is cleaning staff watch for hair falling when cleaning. I understand it's hard mine falls out all the time. And the one day was able to eat breakfast it wasn't great. Location was good, staff was good, it was clean.

Went to Sea World for a day and stayed at this hotel for 3 days. This Hotel is outstanding. My wife and I had 4 rooms for my family and grandchildren. We were treated very well and service was awesome. Jenny was our morning breakfast waitress for two days and was very nice even though my grandchildren were needy. The restaurant here is very good and the buffet was awesome. The chief of staff was Clarence G. and he took the time to come out and greet us and was making sure we were enjoying our breakfast. Very nice group. My wife and I got away for a bit and went to their happy hour and I had a burger that was good. The staff of this restaurant and hotel was very nice. I definitely will stay here again. Sea World was great but too hot. I would like to come back at a cooler time. Property of this Hotel is very clean and the grandkids had a great time in the outside pool.
Our family vacation was great from start to finish we really enjoyed our stay at this holiday inn. We were so close to sea world which made it so convenient. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Samantha the restaurant manager was so friendly we really wanted gravy for our biscuits one morning and she had them make us some. Lorina was our server and she Was very attentive. Dinner was also great we had Laura as our server she was great with service our food did take a little long but it was expected as we came in after sea world there were a lot of families. Samantha brought our kiddos some ice cream while my husband and I got to finish our meal. Overall it was a wonderful Stay and we hope to be back next summer.

We have been several times at that location. Every time we got treated almost like royalty. The staff is super nice, from the front desk personnel to housekeeping and also the managers and the restaurant crew. Special kudos to Laurena, even though i showed up almost to late for breakfast, she and the restaurant workers (including the kitchen crew) made sure that i got a full belly from a yummy breakfast!!! Over all, you get awesome service that exceeds expectations when you look at the room prices, i habe been to different hotels in that area, but this is my favorite one, prices are good, service even better. I will totally come back here!!

Great rooms, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, great restaurant staff. Lorena took great care of me, she was very friendly and attentive food was fast, fresh and delicious. Definitely will return to this Hotel.

Came in for dinner June 17, 2023. Horrible margarita, even worse michelada and the food was a 3 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being amazing.The michelada, they use this very heavy tomato base that the bartender advised they use for their bloody Mary’s. Bartender stated that is how micheladas are made. It is one way, but not the main way, which most of the time consists of certain hot sauces.The margarita was described as fresh squeezed lime juice on the menu, tasted like premixed lime juice they ordered and tasted very sugary.Fried pickles were nothing special. Wife and I shared the salmon meal. The sauce on the salmon was good. Rice pilaf was horrible. The red skin mashed potatoes were… well just mashed potatoes.Service was ok for what they had, 2 females working the floor and one male behind the bar. It wasn’t too busy though.Pretty disappointed because most IHG hotels have pretty darn good food and cocktails.

I rented the ballroom for my wife's 60th suprise birthday Party and it was excellent. I worked with Del and everything was set up perfectly. My wife loved it and the 120 or so attendees loved it. Everything was elegant, han set up for a great party. The food was excellent, Thank yo Del and Thank You Holiday Inn.
