First time at this location. The service was prompt and the wait was short to get our order. One of the baristas working (12/8) was coughing constantly and should have had on a mask or not be working making drinks at all. There were two other barista that could have taken over making drinks. Poor decision. Huge turn off.

I went here because of the reviews and the guys here were great! I accidently forgot to say oatmilk and they remade my drink for me with no problem even though I offered to pay for the mistake.

We just had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. My spouse ordered and very clearly indicated he wanted an iced latte with whip. When we got to the window, they handed him an odd drink. My husband politely told him what he ordered and his response was, “ that’s why I repeated back to you” implying the customer was in the wrong. He gave no apologies whatsoever or accepted responsibility for his error. He THEN forgot the whip again. He waited a long time to come back to us with the drink a third time and then said the difference would be $2.25 now asking us to pay more money for his error after we had already paid. The whole thing was just a negative experience and poor customer service.
I used to love coming here but it's changed much over the years. The sitting areas and large tables by the windows are gone along with the public restrooms. Maybe I'm too much of a dreamer but I enjoy sitting by a big window during a cold or rainy day with coffee looking into world outside. Welp, you can't do that anymore ☕

Great quick walk from our hotel, Omni Mansion by the Riverwalk. Great service early morning and no wait. Efficient and friendly and great dark roast with oat milk helped start the day!
