Guy employee with facial hair & glasses needs to be nice. We so kindly asked if they could add the vanilla they forgot to add in our drink & he was so incredibly rude & seemed annoyed. We are paying for a drink & it’s not our fault they made it wrong. We are not difficult people & already feel bad asking to fix something & again, we were very nice. I never write reviews but this experience really bothered me. Do better!

Customer service was very disappointing. One employee was helping me choose a gift card, and then another walked over with a rude attitude and said, “This is the best we can do.” I ended up getting a gift card I didn’t even want because of how dismissive she was. I even offered to go inside to pick the one I actually wanted at 8:30, and she told me, “No, it’s closed,” even though both the app and online clearly say they close at 10:30.

Went in at 2:50pm Monday17th of November The barista was rude asked her for very lite ice she had an attitude still put a lot of ice in my drink I payed for extra cold foam not even sure she gave it to me at all
I came in at 8:00 PM just to pick up my order, and a woman with blonde curly hair immediately yelled that they were closing even though online it clearly says they close at 10:30 PM. She told me to “go outside” and wait, which honestly made me feel humiliated since I could see another worker still making drinks inside. (The door was unlocked btw ) She never even asked for my name or tried to help, just laughed and joked around with her coworker while I stood outside waiting like I didn’t matter.. Felt like an animal waiting on the side walk. Really disappointing and completely ruined my night

This location has always ben consistent with their quality and customer service, for years now.They have even corrected drinks from other SB's locations who failed to correct our order and I am very greatful for this Starbucks

I have been a daily Starbucks customer for years, but today I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in to quickly handle an emergency work task on my computer before i do a purchase. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, an employee approached me and asked if I planned to make a purchase, saying it was “policy” that anyone sitting must buy something.
This has never happened to me before in all my visits to Starbucks, and being singled out so quickly made me feel unwelcome and even discriminated against. Starbucks has always been a place I thought valued inclusivity and a welcoming environment, but this experience made me feel like I did not belong.
I hope management addresses this issue, as it does not reflect the Starbucks culture I’ve come to appreciate.

I ordered two travel packs of coffee as I was attending a funeral for our family and was supplying the coffee and breakfast. I called the night before letting them know I needed it to be ready at 7:30 AM. We arrived and waited until 7:50. As I was in a rush I asked the girl what time we should ask for them to be ready next time to ensure they are ready by 7:30. The girl at the counter started off extremely rude which put me in on the defense (because why would she automatically become combative when I only asked a question?). She made comments like, “as you can see we are busy” and “I had to make a mobile travel pack and they actually paid for theirs before you” and other unnecessary snarky remarks. They may have ordered theirs that morning and paid for it but I ordered mine the night before and also paid for it when I arrived. I told her that her attitude and comments were rude and unnecessary. While I stayed silent because she continued to go on about all the excuses why it wasn’t ready I stood there in silence. Mostly aghast at how she was talking to me. I don’t believe the customer is always right or that service people are punching bags. I am overly nice to folks in the food/service industry because I worked in it for 13 years. I have never, not once, experienced someone who immediately started speaking to me the way she did. I do not want the response that is put on everyone else’s post of their poor experience. I would like a call from the district manager. Honestly, I might’ve let it roll off my back if I wasn’t laying a family member to rest day of. However…now I will not let it rest until someone takes accountability. Whether it is the employer, her manager, or the company. I do not care.

Gave me a venti and charged me for one as well after I asked to change the size to a grande … which made me irritated because I barely be buying Starbucks and the one time I do this happened
