RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!! Was standing at the counter waiting to be helped or even acknowledged. Didn’t happen and when I finally saw someone I could get the attention from I asked, “May I order here or have to go through drive thru?” Again looked at me but didn’t answer and still continued to ignore me. Stood there 15 minutes before a gentleman came to take my order. The 2 ladies working were so rude & would walk away without answering. The location was empty so no excuse to be ignored. When I finally received my order of the Mocha Cookie Crumble coffee it didn’t even have cookie in it. I didn’t want to take a risk of getting spit in my drink so took my item and left but again felt super rude for someone not to even show their passion in their own barista career. Last time I visit this location.

The baristas here are rude, they make it known you didn’t give them enough time ordering ahead before you arrive to pick up. FYI give them like 20 min notice you want a matcha.. so rude

I went to the one on IH35 South. I ordered the mocha cookie tall and it was okay. It was lacking flavor and it was expensive for a tall. I wanted to try this place because I've been looking for a good frappe. I won't be coming back.

I had an amazing experience from the staff to the food to the coffee. Was greeted right when I walked in an everyone seemed friendly. We had a great exp from Andrew who helped with our orders etc . I would recommend this Starbucks to others so they can see for themselves

I took my kids to this Starbucks a few times already and always have great service. One of the employees that works there named Andrew is a nice guy. I have talked to him a few times and he always makes sure our order is made fast and delicious. Oh and it was nice and clean!
Stopped in early before heading to work, little bit of a line but that’s to be expected. My Medicine Ball and Anericano were great and Andrew’s service and that of the rest of the staff were great and very friendly. I’m glad this is my neighborhood Starbucks.
