Manager was super sweet , dark hair, glasses, lip ring. But the employee that was preparing, my drink was really rude. I went in to get my birthday drink and even though I used ChatGPT to say my order correctly i apparently I did it wrong. The girl was rude about it and rolled her eyes and made a comment when I was asking the manager what is the correct way to order what I’m wanting. The manager told her to just make it again, but even though it was a hot drink, quad espresso with no ice or milk. She purposely put it into a plastic cup left on the counter and walked away. So I couldn’t say or do anything but take it. I ended up having to toss it because the plastic got warped and it was burning my hand. Also the micro plastics of putting a hot drink into plastic. it wasn’t gonna have ice or milk or anything it’s just careless. That’s why Starbucks purposely has containers for hot and cold drinks. Someone really needs to talk to that employee. She was older, gray hair or dyed really light, overweight, glasses. Happened 7/7

I go to A LOT of different Starbucks due to traveling across town for my job, this one by far has the friendliest staff and the some of the best drinks in SA. Today, Leon made me the most DELICIOUS tasting Nondairy Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. This is not an easy drink to make taste good. Yet, he whipped it up, served it to me with a smile, and truly started of my day on such a delightful note. This is by far my favorite Starbucks in SA

This location can be busy at different times of the day, especially during the weekday mornings when people are going to work. Using online ordering makes everything convenient. The staff will re-make incorrect drinks to make things right, as has been my experience as a customer there. Clean restrooms and a good environment. I like how the Starbucks baristas are responsive to me as a customer and they do a good job.

I needed some night time caffeine on Wednesday, and had an awesome experience. I want to thank Dom for being so cool and knowledgeable over the menu, and for listening to me talk and talk and talk. I didn’t feel rushed, and I wasn’t made to feel like a burden when I was trying to figure out what drink I should order. Dom, you rock. If I ever come back around to San Antonio I’m coming back and visiting your store.

I placed a mobile order to pick up in store because I tend to have a busy morning and it’s more efficient to walk in and have my drinks ready versus waiting in store for them to be made. I placed my order of 2 drinks at 7am and only one drink was ready. I asked about my second drink 2 times and spoke to the assistant manager named Jon. At this time it’s 7:18am and still no second drink. I was upset because walk ins were receiving their drinks before me. I asked again and he finally made it. It took hime about 20 seconds to make my drink. He made it in such a rush it tasted horrible. If I wanted bad coffee I would have gone to the corner store for coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato with light ice and extra caramel drizzle, he put two scoops of ice and very little caramel and it seems like he didn’t put any vanilla syrup that’s is supposed to come with because it was bitter. After 20 minutes I could not wait for them to remake it. I have been having so many issues at this location and keep thinking to give it chance after chance but no improvement. I won’t be visiting this store again.

I had a mobile order and one item was missing. I understand that an order can be easily forgotten especially when busy so we waited for an extra 15 minutes for the crowd to go down but when we approached the barista no apology or words came out of her mouth and she just handed us the drink that they forgot. We wanted to enjoy our time there but decided to leave because we didn’t like the attitude we were receiving. Hoping I have a better experience next time.

Walked in to a dirty dining area. Ordered the simplest blonde roast coffee to go. Coffee tasted dark and old. Considering how dirty it looked. Didn't care to go back and request fresh coffee. Will never go back.

Left my scarf at this StarBucks location tried calling so they could hold it for my it was my great aunts that just passed away. Never Could call their phone number because they never answered also called corporate. They took a report and I have yet to hear from the manager that they said it would be contacting me sometime within the 24 hours.
